$20k on two beds and can NOT use either with consistency. The phone app is sporadic at best.. the beds do NOT respond to the app’s command(s). Do NOT buy without negotiating a remote or two. Sleep Number will blame the issue on your network.. not the case here. In the IT business and my network is working as it should. In addition, the app uses Bluetooth and still has issues. I requested a tech to be scheduled out to correct the issue.. yep, for $190 they will schedule a tech out. Sleep Number will not budge on sending remotes out.. according to Holly (highest support staff??), it is not in Sleep Number’s practice to issue free accessories?? After having gotten the run-around from the Sleep Number corporate customer service people for 2 1/2 months, I gave up and contacted the Avon Sleep Number store to see if they could get more information. (We purchased a different Sleep Number bed from this store a few years ago and it was a very positive experience!) Lyric got in touch with the corporate customer service folks, obtained some more information that I had been unable to get and then called me back immediately. it wasn't great news, but she was honest with me and at least now I know what is really going on with the pump I ordered and paid for on May 4. Read moreFrom the second we walked into Sleep Number in Plainfield, we were welcomed by Troy. He was very friendly, even though we walked in shortly before closing (sorry). He took his time with us and reassured us over and over again that he wasn’t worried about the time. He was so thorough and very knowledgeable about the different models. He helped us pick out our perfect bed. It’s been 2-3 months now and we LOVE it! I look forward to going to bed and actually being able to sleep. I didn’t realize until our sleep number, that I had never felt that way before, I kind of dreaded it. We are getting amazing sleep and NOT waking up in pain. It’s been amazing!
