I was doordashing and normally hate picking up hotbox orders only because we all know parking at metropolis is just... no. Lol. But I accepted the order and walked to Hotbox and entered, was immediately greeted super enthusiastically and asked how they could help me. I explained I was there to pick up doordash and gave them the names, and Brandon grabbed the orders for me, and did everything he could to make transporting them easier for me, including bagging up the breadsticks in bags with handles and writing the order numbers on the outside of the bags so I wouldn't get them mixed up. He was SUPER friendly and made small talk, asking about my day while he worked on bagging up the items, and just being the sweetest human being. Alex at the counter also chatted with me and asked if I needed help with anything else and they both just gave really good customer service and made my experience really positive even though I hadn't wanted to go to the store in the first place. This was especially appreciated after a rather awful experience at subway the day before, and it brightened my day so much. I called to thank them for their kindness and Brandon answered the phone and was just so sweet and gracious and thankful and I can not say enough kind words about the employees at this establishment, I really can't. If parking wasn't so atrocious at metropolis, I'd pick up every hotbox order from now on just to see the human versions of sunshine that work there.

I work for a construction company & was doing work at the airport, we ordered $71 worth of pizza. But something happened at the airport & I wasn’t able to leave to pick up the pizzas so I called to get a refund. The young man who I spoke to was kind & patient. & told me to call the next morning to speak to the owner which was fine. I call to speak with the owner & im telling him what happened & before I can finish speaking he cuts me off saying he’s knows who I am & he’s been really busy & hasn’t had a chance to look at it. Which is also fine I was just calling to make sure he was made aware I needed a refund. Because it wasn’t just $20 that was spent it was $71. Read moreService is not great. The last time we ate here, the cashier who is a younger girl, was very unfriendly. She threw the pizza box on our table. Those are things I look past, maybe she was having a bad day. Today it was a younger boy, maybe new, I don’t know. He was not listening and we had to repeat our order because what he repeated back wasn’t right. As well as you pay for the food expecting breadsticks to come out first. They came out after the pizza. I understand if they weren’t ready yet, they could’ve said something. While sitting at our table waiting for the food, the young girl from before was making pizza with her bare hands. That’s just absolutely disgusting. Not to mention the fact that the whole time we were here, a customers trash from before we got there was sitting on the table the whole time, and the employees were sitting at a table eating.
