I haven’t been to buckle in years and decided to stop in to shop tonight 11/23/24. As I was shopping an employee with short bright blonde shoulder length hair (G) decided to make it very well known by going to every single employee and whisper to them that I was in the store. When this employee went to these other staff members to whisper because it was very well known I watched and I had made eye contact with the staff several times. One employee even made it to a point that she knew I noticed so she said “hello” to me. This employee even seemed to have someone whom was in there either visiting or shopping starring at me. I was trying to comfortably continue to shop knowing that I was being talked about and starred at…. Another employee whom is blonde (K) that possibly wasn’t working that night maybe just stopping in the store was even standing around with the employee (G) the short haired blonde that gone to whisper about me to every employee. My husband even decided to go outside and leave so he wouldn’t say something because how noticeable it was and how it made me feel. Therefore, being so uncomfortable I stopped shopping and decided not to even give buckle mine and my husbands business. They may seem to not even care about losing my business anyways because there’s ” more customers” there was one young lady there whom kept checking on me and unfornately I forgot her name but she had blue hair and seemed very kind despite the employee going to her talking about me. I even mentioned to her that it seems the employees care more about gathering around and talking about someone rather than business and she looked at me as if she knew exactly what I was talking about. Read moreI went to the back hole on this day to return some things I bought online. The lady at the counter was very nice and met the return very easy she was very helpful and what explained everything to me at length while not pressuring me too much to spend that money I was returning since I was getting back a gift card. I told her I would look around and let her know if I've found something that struck me. after getting the gift card with some money on it from the returns I did mill around the store for about 45 minutes looking for something to buy my daughter or my wife and during this time the lady at the front desk did ask me one time if anything it struck my fancy which I thought was funny and nice and so basically she was not on top of me the whole time. No other sales reps asked me if I needed help which was nice because one person kind of zeroed in on me and no one else bothered me which is something you don't usually get at a buckle. For this reason, which is the only reason I ever get five stars, the staff is great, I gave the buckle five stars. This is one of the few buckles where I can feel comfortable shopping and not feel pressured by three or four sales reps all on me at one time to buy something or try something on. I suggest this...
Read moreThey treated me like I was trying to pull one over on them. Jeans side seam came open on the first wear. Took them back along with a shirt. I had taken the tags off but nothing had been washed. Took items back in and she literally smelled the jeans as I stood there. She said we usually don't take things back that the tags are not on, but the jeans were coming apart at the seam. She then asked me if I use fabric softener and I said know why and she said because fabric softener tears up jeans I said they haven't been washed she said smells like they have been I said probably cologne she walk to the other side of the store where there were two other employees I turned around and walked over to get another shirt that fit me and I looked over in their Direction and they were all staring at me like I was some kind of Smooth Criminal. I've spent thousands of dollars at this store for me and my kids and my wife I will never step foot back in the store again not saying I won't shop at the Buckle but I'll go to the one...
