Oh wow, where do I start? My mother inlaw lives in Florida, and each year, she generously provides us with a gift card to a restaurant she researched online. She has never disappointed us, so today we were very excited to go in and enjoy a delicious meal at Bulla restaurant. We'll the food was good that of what I had which was the watermelon salad and jamon croquetas. We ordered our food together, and my husband received his, but I never received mine, and the server never came back to see if I had been served. My husband stopped her and inquired where my order was? She said I'm sorry I didn't turn your order in, and she also said I will right now." I was really offended by the service we received. We were celebrating our anniversary and we told her from the start all about the gift card that we received. I didn't get to enjoy the Bulla dining experience. I had to take my food home while my husband had the opportunity to eat his in the restaurant. Server always needs to be trained in customer service to pay attention to their customers.
