Clean thoughtfully laid out store. Area to sit and wait for others if need be. We are always helped in a timely manner when they are busy, and they let you try on pieces without being overly pushy to purchase if you aren't sure about it. We purchased a 14k ring at a great price point, and I'm so happy we came in store to look instead of ordering online. Sizing I don't think is normal. Definitely try on their rings before purchasing.

Packaging is cute to take out your purchase, and the soft bag they give you can polish your jewelry as well. I haven't purchased any non-fine jewelry from here yet, but it seems to be plated at an okay price...
