I honestly am still in shock over what a pleasant experience I had at this store. I recently shopped at a different Kendra Scott in the area, and had a not so pleasant experience with the product and with the staff. I went to this location to return my bracelet that broke almost 20 minutes after I put it on, and was worried that I would not be able to get a refund based on the fact that I had worn the product. Emily Vero was helping me with the return and with the exchange of product and she went above and beyond, making sure that I had a pleasant experience with Kendra Scott. It is so clear that they value customer service and want to see you back in their store. I was gifted a piece of fashion jewelry as well as the 50% off discount for my birthday for the other piece of jewelry that I purchased. She also threw in another gift just to make up for the experience that had left a sour taste in my mouth. I also received an email and had a phone call with one of the managers at the other location who said that this is not what they stand for and was very happy and willing to talk to me about my experience. We were the only family of color in the store, and while we were standing there waiting, every customer who came in after us was greeted and asked if they needed help except us. After standing for nearly 10 minutes without being acknowledged, we decided to leave.
Whether intentional or not, the lack of acknowledgment spoke volumes. No customer should feel invisible, overlooked, or unwelcome, especially in a brand that prides itself on community and inclusivity. Kendra Scott lost our business today, and sadly ruined what should have been an exciting birthday shopping experience for my wife.

I understand you want to cater to a certain audience and continually bring in new designs but some of your designs are tried-and-true and it should be available for customers to rely on- keep the design and change out the stones! It is so disappointing to constantly go in only to find out the items you love are gone. To make it worse, you select one of the new designs only to find out the stone that you would like is not made in that particular shape. There is definitely some work to do in regards to the designing piece. Iām not going to stop shopping Kendra Scott but I certainly have purchased fewer pieces in the last 6 to 8 months.
