This is Alton the General Manager for this location. Just wanted to give an update on Adam's experience with our store. First of all everything he stated about us was true. He did feel ignored and my stores customer service in this situation failed him. I take full responsibility, as he stated. I was not available that week to approve and override a price change that my staff could not approve. Upon my return I promptly called him and we came up with a plan to satisfy his account. Now Adam is a satisfied customer and has thanked me and my staff for helping him with his next purchase. Read moreI had originally gone to a different store closer to my house but i found the couch i wanted at the seffner store. Anthony (whom ill address in more detail later) was the sales person i dealt with at the haines city store. We had to get the couch transferred to that store in order to have it delivered to my house. Well he DID NOT do his job AT ALL and wouldn't get me the couch. So i went to Aaron at the plant city location. Now plant city is not near my house and they don't deliver to my house but Aaron got on the phone with his GM and within minutes called me back to let me know they would get and deliver the couch to my house. Aaron got that couch delivered to my house within 4hrs of my first call to him. He went WAY above and beyond for me and stayed in contact with me every stepof the way. Read moreI'm leaving this review for Mike who is now the manager at this location. Mike dealt with me at the Pinellas Park location. I just want to express my gratitude to him. I probably wasn't the easiest customer. My car had been totalled, had health problems, I'm a single mom and lost my income, was struggling to stay on my feet and pay my bike. I was paying, but sometimes I'd be late . He always worked with me in a positive manner, and always understood if I was late, and treated me with respect because he knew I would pay...even if I had to pay a late fee. Unlike another employee who talked down to me, and had zero empathy. In rough times, it's always nice to be treated like a human and not a number even if this is a business; without happy customers, there is no business. Let's not forget that.
