Twistee Treat — Restaurant in Plant City

Went to Twistee Treat in Plant City, FL on 9/8/18 around 7pm. I ordered 2 large cookies and cream twisters one of them was given to me on a double foam cup. When I got home and was eating it I noticed a piece of moldy plastic inside my cup. I pulled the cup out and the foam cup had two holes on the side of the cup and on the ice cream had piece plastic with mold!!! The broken pieces of foam were going through the cup with the ice cream. That is disgusting!!!! I called to complain and I asked for the manager. The same person that took my order and answered the phone said that she was the manager named Kaylee. She didn’t have no explanation or apologized on why the cup had two holes on the side and pieces of foam going through the cup and instead of preparing a new cup she placed a new cup over it. I was nieve to not pull the cup to check when I ordered at the drive thru. It was raining and I didn’t check it. No customer service skills!! The worse experience!!! We have been loyal customers for years! Have always been pleased, and usually go once a week. Unfortunately, the past couple of months has not been at the same standards as the years prior. Basically it comes down to shorting the customers. Occasionally not filling an order to the top, which of course can happen, is now the norm. When ordering a medium twister, they are filled 2/3 of the way. But, I pay for a medium, not a small, but the actual amount is a small. It’s not so much that I’m getting less ice cream but the fact that I’m paying for something that I’m not getting. It’s gotten to the point where I’m going to actually go elsewhere, which is a shame! Never had experienced racism in my life until last Sunday when excited I took my kids to this place, as I usual do with my babies on Sunday I took them for a treat after a long week, I never imagined that I was taking my kids to live the worst experience that as a mother I would never wish for them. That day were 4 people working, 2 white girls, 1 white boy and an Hispanic one. The white boy just let us standing in the window for about 15 minutes completely ignoring us, then the two white girls making fun of us and even running and hiding of us.
