The Local Vapor — Attraction in Plumstead Township

Great store unless you want broken hardware and crappy return policies. I purchased an Eleaf iStick QC 200W here just 48 days ago for ~$80 after taxes. A bit higher than market price, but they had the tank I’d been looking for, so I didn’t mind. Now, my iStick will not charge at all. It has been less than 50 days and my $80 boxmod is nothing more than a paper weight. I called the store, explained I had the original receipt and my device had completely stopped charging. They informed me they only offered 30-day replacement, a mere third of the 90-day industry standard, and basically told me I was SOL. I will acknowledge they offered me a small discount on my next purchase, but that in no way excuses the fact the device they sold me, and even recommended, did not even last 60 days. I hope management considers revising this subpar policy, but until then I cannot recommend this store, particularly for vaping product which all too often break sooner than expected. After dealing with some not so nice online vendors I decided to visit this shop in person to get some more insight into vaping and becoming tobacco free. The staff was incredibly helpful, spending so much time helping me understand how each component on the shelf worked and giving a detailed description of all of the flavors available. They offered an amazing price on my first purchase and their customer service was flawless. My fiance's device malfunctioned, not only did they replace it, they upgraded, included extra coils, and offered us a discount on future purchases! This place was fantastic. I saw their website and loved how it was laid out and how logical it was, also simple to follow. It was New Years and only hoped they were open. I called the store and Rob answered. He was very polite and actually sounded happy when I indicated I would be coming in. Found the store easily and was impressed with the way the store looked. They had plenty of product and Rob was super helpful and knowledgeable. I will only be shopping there in the future, since they did such a good job overall.
