Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Plumstead Township

Do not order by phone ever! You are not calling the local shop even though there is a local number listed but are calling an offshore call center. They do not tell you this when you order. I called, placed my order, gave them my credit card number for payment. Within a minute of placing the order, l got a phone call from the same number I called to place the order. It was the store manager telling me that at 6:00 on a Saturday night, they were closing and my order was being voided. When I asked why I hadn't been told this, he told me that the ordering is done off shore. If I had known this, I would not have ordered by phone or at all. They offered me free food without giving me any reference number or anything else but frankly, I will NEVER go to any Papa...

THIS PLACE USED TO ALWAYS BE GOOD, NOT ANYMORE!!! couldnt get my small order correct, had to drive 25 mins back to return my order and get my CORRECT garlic parm breadsticks, they tried squirting/ drizzling some sort of sauce across them and tried passing them off as garlic parm breadsticks!!! Normally we have great service at this location, but today was very disappointing. Not only did they get our order wrong, but when I called to have it corrected, I was told if I wanted it delivered, there would be a charge. That was waived, but when our order was delivered, the delivery person was very, very rude & asked where her tip was. Really?? She stormed back to her car & was loudly complaining all the way. You don't ask for a tip & I would've gladly given her one if her attitude wasn't so poor. Such an unpleasant experience.
