The second time they told me they need to replace the screen. I thought it would take 2 weeks to get the part and the cost will be the same I paid 8 months ago. I had my laptop over 3 weeks. I called after hours and one of the managers answered. He said the technician will call the next day but I had to follow up after 2 days. When I called to follow up, the technician said that he ordered a screen but what I needed was the shell. Two weeks later, I followed up and I was asked to come in to pick it up. The technician said he ordered the wrong screen the first time. Then he charged me more for the repair equal to half the cost of a new laptop. He said he doesn’t recommend a touch screen.
