Sun Dynasty — Restaurant in Plymouth

I've been getting the same dish for my wife for the longest time. The D13 special with rice instead of lo mein, and the fingers well done. Same girl taking my order most times with no problem. I went a week or so ago. The boneless ribs were really fatty, so I called to let them know. She said they wanted to see them to do anything, so I put some in the fridge but decided it wasn't worth the trouble. I went the other day and a different man took my order. I ordered the same as always, and mentioned the ribs. He seemed to know the issue and would talk to the kitchen. Got the order home and opened it later in the afternoon. Lo mein instead of rice, and a box of fingers that I did not order(I signed the slip without really looking). Not looking closely I closed the D13 box and put it in the fridge. Ribs on top looked pretty good. I went to the restaurant to straighten it out and get rice so she could eat. She opened the box and found that there was no Teriyaki(2). Worst service I have ever had. Went here with some friends Saturday night. We all ordered food. One person ordered sweet and sour pork. When our food came out his didn't. 15 minutes later they came out with his food. They brought him sweet and sour chicken and told him the pork takes too long to make.

He did not like the chicken and did not eat it. When we got the bill I was surprised to see the sweet and sour pork on it. When I told the waitress that we couldn't pay for the pork since we never ordered it and did not agree to the substitution she got hostile. She told us she had to ask the owner if she could comp us the item but he was out on a delivery and we'd have to wait.

I didn't want to wait so we paid cash and left. The waitress then chased us down and accessed us of not paying without checking the table. I got really upset and told her we paid and she should check the table before accusing us. She told us to go...

I have been to bad restaurants before but this takes the cake. I grew up right outside of Plymouth and our family used to love this place and the Ming dynasty in Marshfield. My daughter and I were curtly told to sit wherever we wanted when we asked for a window seat. He was annoyed that we didn't know what we wanted right away. We ordered and my meal usually comes with crunchy noodles for egg food young, he said we have them but cost extra again i wad told with a curt and nasty tone. uhm ok. Our food come and we ask for duck sauce and a glass of water , you think I asked hime to get water from a river in gaum. Food was barely edible. We asked for to go container for the food that was ok and he then took it out back and came back with my nasty stuff in the box.
