The reel theater is a lovely place to watch movies at cheap rates. Consessions and tickets likely wont take you over 20$ for 2-3 people.
The only downside is that the theater rooms themself are pretty small and talking people is more distracting than at other theaters. The theater screens are also cut off on both the left and right side, which can effect certain movies that use that larger aspect ration. For example, in gaurdians of the galaxy 2 the names of the planets were cut off and more recently into the spiderverse had plot relevant cutin half. Read moreThe Reel Theater is one of the greatest places in Pocatello. The owner Saundra and her daughter are simply incredible. They are both so kind and helpful. I challenge anybody to talk to them and not be smiling at the end of it.
I recently asked to book a private showing of a movie for my birthday, and they went above and beyond to make it happen. The entire experience was a dream come true.
Not to mention, the theater is always clean and prices are very affordable. It's just a great experience overall.
