Purpose Church — Attraction in Pomona

I actually ended up leaving this church because of a incident involving the Head of security and the then Executive Pastor. Basically I was thrown out of a Christmas concert that was free and open to the public over a stupid overaction that happened in San Bernardino county at a hospital not a place of worship. Also the threat was not in Los Angeles county nor the city of Pomona CA nor purpose church itself or Los Angeles county for that matter. Because of this incident I decided to leave and I will not be back until this policy is reversed. Thank you. I'd honestly would worship elsewhere. I honestly disagree with the direction this church is going in. Seems to me about making members of the church fell comfortable New seats etc and not about reaching out to the community. Also we sale books from Christian authors since when is the gospel for sale?? We don't even bring actual Bibles anymore it's digital. Coffee and doughnuts ok welcome but a bribe to attend. Had gotten lost trying to locate this Beautiful Christian Church of Believers on a foggy , overcast early morning to support "Choices" a Christian based organization that provides a alternative to seeking a abortion of Gods children from Planned Parenthood. God directed us to seemingly smiling loving gentleman and 4 ladies that were walking along Holt Ave. You ever feel like your greeted by God himself when asking what appears as a stranger....actually being loved on like a caring loving parent .....calmly , accurately providing clear, concise instructions. it wasn't the instructions given in as much how loving each of them were and especially the man. A special light that seldom is experienced actually coming from them, deep within them. Very inviting body...

Pastor Eric is spirit led!

Like any large church, be discerning of the small group/department you involve yourself with. There can be cult like groups that fall under the radar. That's just the nature of any large church.

The short time I was there, pastor Eric's messages always spoke clearly and directly to me given the personal circumstances of my life. The word of God is in him without a doubt!. There is also solid biblical theology in the sermons.

There is spiritual warfare everywhere, especially where God has plans to do great things! God is good and works everywhere!
