Prospyr Pompano Beach — Attraction in Pompano Beach

Much to my delight Prospyr Pompano Beach was a huge and refreshing experience compared to other business I checked out in and around my South Florida location. I wanted to turn my Father’s coin collection into cash and Eric at the Pompano Beach was by far the most professional, knowledgeable and patient professional I have come across in my quest to get a good and fair deal. Eric was patient and discussed each and every step, explaining things as we proceed. I did have knowledge about things and I got to say, Eric confirmed what I had already know. I was not bating him, I was only confirming what I knew to be true, unlike other merchants who in my opinion were being dishonest and shady.

In short 5 stars, and I will be returning to work with Eric again. Thank you Eric

Today, October 17, we returned to Prospyr in Pompano Beach, to see what we could sell of still my Father’s coin collection. This visit we had the pleasure of working with Seaton and a trainee Jorden. It was once again a pleasure working with them both. They like Eric explained everything, and answered all of my questions. I brought a lot of coins, which took time to go through. I was concern about the time it was taking since the store was busy with people waiting to be seen. They assured me it was okay, and would devote as much time as need for my transaction….. I still rate Prospyr a 5…. They must be doing a lot of things right at Prospyr, me as a returning customer and the amount of people waiting to be see, one of which was another returning customer. After years of holding on, not ready to let go and deal with the miscellaneous generational jewelry and coins that I had inherited from loved ones, I decided to visit Prospyr of Pompano. Reluctantly my husband agreed to accompany as he had even less faith in the process and what we expected to be shady business. The experience was nothing but professional, legit, and made us feel comfortable. I definitely prospered financially and gained an education and respect for the business. I highly encourage others to let go of possessions acquired serving no use, but if potential real value. Your grandparents, parents would want you to enjoy, benefit and be able to use the monetary means possible. I had the genuine pleasure of working and even learning from John. He was a wealth of knowledge, clearly had an interest and passion in the business, and was diligent and honest in testing and then educating and explaining origins, value, etc. With gained comfort and trust, I intend to confidently sell additional items sadly just sitting in drawers, cabinets. I’ve seen the commercials for years, but was hesitant emotionally and feared being taken for. I prospered all around and left smiling, guilt free, unscathed, not feeling taken advantage of and knowing my loved ones would feel good as well about the transaction. John was additionally extremely helpful in suggesting selling options for other items that are not purchased by the company. I could not be happier with my experience at Prospyr! Ken and Adrian and the lovely Team made me feel more than welcome and were professional and competent as they helped me sell the pieces of family jewelry I no longer needed.
