I was on my lunch break (30 min) just wanted to run in and grab a pair of basic xbox 1 headsets.....the people behind the counter were more I to their own conversation then trying to help the customers out. The guy in front of me got called tonthw register, I guess he was trading a game in or something, and the girl told.hin to go back and look for what he wanted. Then turned around and went back to.outting game discs away!!!!!! Completely ignored me. Needless to say I was late getting back to work and I still need a headset for my game system. This particular stores customer service was horrible. This store is grossly overpriced and never has any of the accessories...
Read moreTheir website says they have games in stock. Drove 45 mins to take my child to pick up some new game after calling 5x and no answer. It just says they are busy with other customers. Only to get there and the game is not in stock and the employee is on his cellphone just not answering the store phone. This my friends is a great example of why Brick n Mortar businesses are going out of business right and left. Stores like Amazon are dominating cause why waste time driving across town over lazy employees to get no help or even eye contact. Lol they won’t even answer the phone. If you own a business these days you better be prepared to run it yourself or chalk a loss...

Sign clearly stated open until 9pm… at 5:30 in the evening the door was locked with the cage pulled down over the door, and a sign out front that says closed from 5:30-6pm ON A FRIDAY! The open sign was still on and the employee was as sitting at the desk eating (clearly on break) in plain view and refused to open the door. Tried to call and they took the phone to the back room without answering and then came back out to the counter and continued to ignore the customers outside. There were 7 of us waiting to be let in… in the middle of the open operating hours. Who conducts...
