Marble Slab Creamery — Restaurant in Pooler

I have been coming to this location for over 2 years now, and just paid 19 tip included for one Sunday and a shake. The Sunday was really messy and the spoons fragile and was supposed to be a brownie Sunday and have to pour the sunday on a different cup to find the brownie. To the managers “come on guys” we need to do better, this is not cheap McDonals Ice cream, if the spoon does not reach the bottom of the biggest cup you sell the ice creams on your doing something wrong, and when taking a bite the spoon bend over. Think about Baskin’s spoons rigid. I spend $19 (two items) and on the way out with my ice cream was melting out and have to throw it out because it was going to be messy for me to eat it in the car. Didn’t even get to choose the flavor of my ice cream! Y’all need to put some effort and invest a little bit in this things that are not big deal because it carry a long way especially when the store is not busy in the middle of the day. If this was the opportunity for you guys to better my long day, I did not meet criterial just make it worst. Just simple advice food...

I look forward to Marble Slab anytime I can find one. I helped open one in Amarillo and worked there for almost a year. I love Marble Slab. On 11/13/2017 I entered the Pooler Slab and all I wanted was two scoops in a waffle cone - one with banana ice cream and a mixin and the other with coffee ice cream and a mixin. I was told this was not allowed. I could only mix the two ice creams together with one mixin or sprinkle the mixin over the top of the two scoops. I didn't care how much it cost, just make the ice cream how the customer wants! I conceded and agreed on one mixin only so the employee proceeded to dump the two scoops out of the waffle bowl and started to mix the two flavors together. When I stopped her saying I wanted the two scoops separate she said it was too late she couldn't waste the ice cream. I kindly asked for her to start over but she refused. I left without ice cream and will unfortunately not return to this location. Employees need to better trained with a focus on...

We usually come for ice cream on Sundays, Never had an issue until Today 05-29-17, I ordered birthday cake ice cream with cookie dough, the cookie dough tasted disgusting, I always get the same and today was just so gross, it was old and the inside was just bad. I told the lady about this and she told the other person working there, this lady came and immediately began talking with an attitude and first thing she said was I cannot give you anything else, she was extremely rude and disrespectful when began raising her voice in front of all of her customers!! Wow I was just so shocked, her customer service was HORRIBLE! I had a medium cup and she said she will not give me the same size and did not care what I paid for. Very disappointing after coming here...
