We really don’t even want to give one star. Honestly. My husband and i mattress shopped for a few months before making our decisison. After a long few days of selling our home and closing on another could were able to finally make that purchase. Robert was very helpful in helping us select the bed that would suit us and our needs. However it all went down hill when Daniel walked in the door. He took over our purchase and almost 3 weeks later my husband is picking up our bed now. They deliver the wrong size bed initially, they told us it would be another week to get our mattress; we wait patiently the bid delivery was set up for this Friday- now 3 weeks later; we’ll that changed to- it would be Saturday night 6-8pm at 7:30 pm we received a call saying the truck broke down- keep in mind the first time the attempted to deliver it was to the wrong address and until yesterday the incorrect address was still in our delivery information. Very upset my husband contplated canceling the order- unfortunately we are both busy and shopping for a mattress is NOT a quick process. Saturday night at 8 pm we talked to Daniel he PROMISED the mattress would be delivered Sunday morning at 8am. That didn’t happen either. We requested to speak to the owner of the franchise, we received a call from a lady not the owner by a manager and she offered us $107.00 off our purchase if we still wanted it.

I’m taking time to write this review to warn mattress shoppers to not waste time at this establishment. The follow through by Daniel was horrific. Its sad to me because we believe this franchise could be a great place if they would manage employees that make empty promises and have the used car sales approach.

We have had our bed now for several weeks and wanted to take the time to thank Adam for all of his help with the selection of our new bed. We had purchased a different bed through an online store prior to coming to see Adam and had to return it through donation as it just didn’t offer the support that we needed and we were suffering from pain in our hips, back, neck and shoulders. Adam took the time to listen to our needs and Had us lay on countless beds as we asked him tons of questions. He helped guide us to the best bed to suit our needs. We ultimately ended up buying the 100 Firm IComfort mattress from Serta. We also purchased (as a splurge) the motion plus bed-frame. We are so happy with the bed! We no longer have aches and pains! We are in love with the motion part of the bed. We have watched a couple of movies in bed and it’s so much fun to be able to get super comfortable. The other thing we truly love is that the bed literally puts us to sleep. We set the timer for about 20 minutes and we are vibrated right off to sleep before it even turns off. As far as the delivery, the guys did an amazing job and they had to work really hard as this bed-frame is extremely heavy. I would highly recommend that you purchase a mattress from Adam! I cannot recommend this Mattress Firm location. The manager was about a minute or so late to open the store - I know this because he quickly swerved around me, almost hitting me, as I turned in to park. I was not greeted upon entering the establishment, but continued to look around. As I perused mattress options, a customer called to [seemingly] inquire about why her mattress had not been delivered when promised and when her delivery could be rescheduled. The manager was quite rude and dryly directed her to contact customer service. It seemed as if the customer asked to speak to a supervisor because he abruptly responded, "I am the manager...that's me. I am the manager." A word to this manager -- you can attract more bees with honey than vinegar.

I only give 2 stars because he did give me info about the mattress I was interested in. After a quick search on Mattress Firm's website while in the store, I realized that the exact mattress and foundation I was interested in was listed as $400 cheaper on the Mattress Firm website; however, the manager refused to honor the price difference.
