This is a bummer because we discovered this place a few years ago and we loved it. It was convenient, good price, and showed the latest movies. I wish I could still rate it high but I can't because of the seats. This is no reflection of the staff onsite-they are doing great. It is just unbelievable how poor the condition of the seats are. The photos others posted are real and I will add one myself. I'm sure they do in fact clean the seats but they look and feel dirty. There are a lot of whiners in the world today complaining every chance they get but I am not one. After my recent experience I am just compelled to say something. The materials used on these seats was obviously very poor quality and deteriorated ahead of its time.
I see the theater replies to other complaints with reasons and I want to support but I can't. It's something that is hurting business but it can be fixed. Yes, raise the prices upon reopening with "all new seating!" I will gladly pay a reasonable increase. I understand easier said than done but it will just continue losing business and we want you to succeed! Please advertise your reopening and we will definitely...
Read moreI haven't been to this theatre in years, used to come all the time as a kid. Firstly I bought 3 tickets, but one of my siblings couldn't make it, and I couldn't get a refund on the single ticket, either a raincheck or a full total refund for all of our tickets. The drink price was insane, almost $16 for two drinks. I was not prepared for how terrible the seats looked. I wish I had brought a blanket or something to lay on the seats, because they were appalling. Every single row had torn up seats, and the seat that I had actually purchased for my brother was almost completely bald(first pic, seat on the right) my footrest was also crooked when I reclined my seat. The movie was good and the staff were kind, mostly just polite kids. One girl came to clean the theatre as soon as the movie was over. This theatre just needs a serious upgrade. Although the leather didn't actively peel and stick to my clothing, it was still very uncomfortable to sit on. All I could think was how this fabric can no longer really be cleaned and it's just collecting everything from everyone...
Read moreAm resending my opinion on this theater and i am now boycotting this and all Goodrich Quality Theater. I just got through watching the new Jennifer Gardiner movie Peppermint. At the end of the movie my wife and I observed a 10 and 11 year boys leaving the theater with no parental supervision. Now this movie is clearly Rated R. I asked a staff member about this and they stated it is company policy is if the movie is a soft R. Parents can buy their tickets, but do not have to be in the theater with them during the movie. Hard R movie parents must be present. Since when does a company have the right to override the MMPA rating system. There was is no dual rating system for R rated movies. R mean parents must present during the movie. Clearly this Company has no concern for childrens viewing of movie but the only concern to make profit. We challenge our society as to why violence is growing. Yes movies are promoting violence, but movie theaters allow children to watch movies like this without parental supervision, trully where...
