I've bought a new fridge, washer,dryer,dish washer, tables, multipul TVs and more from here. (Fort Gratiot store) Two-years ago I bought a small 19 inch TV for our camper and also purchased a warranty. The TV stopped working so I brought it back along with all of the paperwork needed for warranty purposes. They've had my TV now for almost a month and keep giving me the run-around about my replacement TV. I spoke to a guy named Greg who claims to be in charge in some way or another and is nothing but rude and indecent. I've spent probably $10,000 in this place over the last 5 to 7 years and they are giving me grief over an $80 TV. I have never asked for anything to be fixed or cashed in on any of the warranties for my items purchased. This is our first time trying to get an item replaced because of warranty. I call them every Tuesday to see the status of my replacement item, (because everytime i call they tell me to call again next week because they still dont have info on it) and he never has any answers for me. Greg needs to learn customer service and get his head out of his ass. I will no longer be a customer thanks to that a**hole. I've never had any problems with any of the other employees, so I'm not sure what this guy's problem is. All I was trying to do was have them honor my warranty on a cheap $80 television. It shouldn't take a month plus to give me a replacement on a warranty that you basically forced me to get. Each week I'm told different information on the status of my new product. With no solid answers. I get remarks like "I THINK we are waiting for them to get a part." Or "I THINK it should be in next week." We were the only customers in the store so we said "no thanks" and left. UPDATE: I received a phone call from the store manager, Al, asking about the experience above and apologizing for the treatment that my wife and I received. I explained that I had shopped this store numerous times previously and had always been treated well. He told me that he was investigating the matter and would speak to all store associates. He also gave me his direct number and asked me to meet with him personally the next time I needed an appliance. This phone call and his words are more in line with the way I have been treated there and I will try this store again...

I will say, its a much more pleasant experience when you arrive knowing exactly what want, as ABC Warehouse has been known for decades to incorporate pressure sales tactics with their salesman, and kind of a babysitting attitude when you walk into the store, with a salesman attached to your hip as you browse. Not a bad thing for everyone I suppose, but we prefer to be able to browse on our own. Have bought our refrigerator, dishwasher, TV, Washer and Dryer, and window A/C unit from them, and the value is really good compared to other box stores, or better still when compared to standalone appliance stores.
