We have been regular patrons of this establishment, consistently satisfied with the quality of the raw milk we purchase.
However, our recent encounter with Sue and Dawn left us disappointed and perplexed. Despite our longstanding custom of pre-ordering on Mondays, a practice aimed at ensuring a smooth supply chain, we were abruptly informed that it was too late to place an order. This departure from past practice was disconcerting, to say the least.
Moreover, when we attempted to salvage the situation by inquiring about purchasing from their regular stock, we were met with further disappointment. Dawn and Sue restricted our purchase to a mere two half gallons, an uncharacteristic and restrictive measure for loyal customers.
As entrepreneurs ourselves, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction and effective communication in maintaining a thriving business. With over seven years of patronage and significant expenditure exceeding $20,000 on various products, including supplements, milk, and health care items, we expected a more accommodating and proactive response from the management. Read moreBeen shopping here for 17 years. Unfortunately last year during Covid they hired alot of new staff. These young women seem to care ALOT less about customer service and product location/knowledge than they do for chatting with each other. Can't fathom why they were hired. Who did the interviews? I realize they 'were' new, ... but they don't even seem to care to learn about their store and where things are. They seem extremely "bothered" to talk or help customers. They act bored and snooty. They know little to nothing about products and don't seem to want to even learn. I used to shop this store to support local business even if I could get a product online cheaper The staff before were amazing! A few are still there. Hire more like Eric, Susanne, and or many of the others that left. Hire some people with loving friendly personalities that actually are interested in natural health care products. Hire some staff that don't have preconceived attitudes towards others. They act like they've never been out in public or helped others, particularly people older than them. I thought it was just a phase, ... and they'd get better, .... but it's been awhile, .... I miss the old Debbie's Health Food...

When somethings on sale you give discounts without asking for names!!!!!also I don't order online so I am an in person shopper the majority that work here are also highly " stuck up"...... I have been " testing" y'all the last few visits ...and will continue to since your response below.....Have been coming here periodically for at least 15 years.....my last 2 visits....both within a week ( something on sale, wanted to stock up).....the check out procedure or computer program does not make it an easy experience to just check out to pay for an item.......I would like to check out without using my name .......is this a " club" or may I make purchases without using my name.....the check out is an incredible long procedure......I will be testing this out on my next visit......no need for my name in your computer you never send...
