Rarely have I encountered a customer service representative who was so knowledgeable about the product, friendly, helpful, and gracious in allowing as much time as I needed (which was several hours - so many good options to choose from in bedding). She went above and beyond, as she explained how mattresses are assembled, and showed samples of the composition of mattresses. She was able to confidently and thoroughly discuss mattresses, foundations, pillows, sheets etc. She stands head and shoulders above other customer service reps I have dealt with, even in very high end furniture stores. Caeleigh represents Jonathan Stevens well! This is no doubt a powerful blend of her personal strengths, and the thorough training Caeleigh had received. We purchased a mattress with pillows. Excited to use them both we opened the pillows and used them that night. In the morning we noticed we were delivered the wrong size (we ordered kings, and queens were delivered) after a night of sleeping we also decided that we did not like the pillows. When we attempted to return them we were told we cannot - they are a personal use item. They were willing to change size but not return, even though we haven’t even received the king pillows? The saleswoman in the store became very argumentative, and said we should’ve known what we were getting in the pillows when we bought them since we used them in the store. After much back and forth with a very rude saleswoman we took our queen pillows and left the store, unwilling to deal with such a rude person.

I love my new mattress!!! I needed to get rid of my old king size and get a queen. I was treated well and not pressured at all. Actually came back about 2 or 3 weeks later to order. I tried several of the mattresses without looking at prices. The one I really liked was surprising inexpensive, but it was the one I kept going back too. There was no pressure to upgrade either. I did not realize how poorly I had been sleeping on the old mattress. Now I am sleeping wonderfully. I track my sleep with my apple watch and I can see a difference in the pattern. Very little awake time and deep sleep taking place not only at the beginning of sleep, but sometimes later during sleep as well. Also, getting 7.5 to 8 hours of sleep.
