Bishop & Wilde at Tin House — Attraction in Portland

A very captivating space for an enjoyable, easy, and inviting way to browse books and find your next read is how I would describe Bishop & Wilde. As one of the few local bookstores in the NW neighborhood, I think this place is incredibly charming and it was so welcoming - urging me to turn the books cover to read the synopsis.

As a big fantasy lover, I was a little disappointed but the selection here as it was basically only one column, but the options that were on offer were great and I think it showed a good understanding of interesting novels from the owner of this place (who picks out the books to display). Everything was reasonably priced for used books and I could without a doubt be returning here to pick up my next read. I highly recommend a visit and I hope to see the fantasy section expanded...

This bookstore is a hidden gem in the NW. It’s just what we need. There’s not a lot of bookstores in this area and Bishop & Wilde has a great vibe and incredible selection. The staff picks are really wonderful and there are some comfy chairs to get lost in books and relax. The owners are so helpful and friendly and always have a smile and a recommendation. They have awesome events as well and I can’t recommend this...

Super awesome little book and plant store I'm looking to explore more. Apparently they also have little sessions / workshops for authors too, though I may be misspeaking.

The vibe was very nice and had a good selection of newer and popular books!
