We purchased a Brahms painting from Casco Bay which unfortunately sustained a small smudge in the shipping process. The team went above and beyond to try and rectify with the shippers, and in the end actually drove(!) back and forth from Portland to NYC to hand deliver our large painting retouched by the artist back to original condition.
