This is literally the best gym in Portland! Alexa is such an amazing trainer and she cultivates a truly welcoming and accepting environment, especially for women. I’ve been attending her evening classes for a little over 6 months and they have literally been a game changer . My job can be very stressful and I can’t express how much these classes have helped me with that. I genuinely look forward to the workouts and wish I had started here sooner. Not only are her classes super affordable, but they’re for anyone, at any level. Her evening classes consists of all women at varying levels who are absolutely amazing and so supportive! I’ve never felt so comfortable working out in my life. Alexa is also so encouraging and never makes you feel bad for not knowing how to do a specific technique/exercise. Read moreI recently joined PDX Fitness Zone, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. This gym has quickly become one of my favorite places to work out, and it's easy to see why. The focus on community is apparent from the moment you walk in. Everyone, from the staff to the gym-goers, is incredibly nice and welcoming.
The staff members, Alexa, Irvin, and Correy, are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to ensure everyone feels comfortable and part of the community, making every visit enjoyable and positive.
I've been taking the unlimited group classes with Corey, and they are fantastic. Each class is both challenging and fun, offering a great workout. Correy’s enthusiasm and expertise make each session worthwhile.

He is very kind, caring, and supportive as he pushes you to fully reach your potential. His knowledge and the safety procedures involved in his workouts help put the mind at ease, allowing one to trust the process and to focus on their fitness journey.
