Prescott and Prescott Valley is a popular getaway spot in Arizona and we love these two side-by-side towns! Just 2 hours from Phoenix can bring you cooler temps, fun hikes, and great family activities and restaurants! 🚗 Here are our top favorites! Bookmark for the summer, and share with a friend who needs getaway ideas. 🚗 Heritage Park Zoo - rescued wildlife of over 200 animals, plus a playground and seasonal splash pad Sharlot Hall Museum - historical buildings and info about the area Downtown Prescott - walk around the beautiful courthouse, browse unique shops, a must do for sure Watson Lake, Willow Lake, Goldwater Lake, Granite Basin Lake, Lynx Lake - Watson and Lynx Lakes are the most popular, but enjoy hiking, kayaking, picnicking, fishing and some swimming and camping at select locations. Fain Park is also a good option. Musuem of Indigenous People - learn about the culture and art of indigenous people of the southwest Constellation Trail - east 2.4 mile loop trail Highlands Nature Center - easy trails, nature themed playground Kayla’s Hands Park - covered playground Granite Creek Park, Bob Edwards Park, Mountain Valley Park - cool off at these splash pads + playgrounds Park Collective Indoor Playground - beat the heat at this free indoor play area Get Air Trampoline Park - another great indoor spot if the weather is iffy Libraries - both Prescott and Prescott Valley have public libraries with great kid areas Bonus - stop by Mortimer Farms on the way for play time and farm grown goodies Where to Eat - Bill’s Pizza, Wild Iris Coffee, Grumpy Sicilian, Farm Provisions, The Local, Raven Cafe, That Apple Pan, Casa Alvarez, Where to Stay - Hassayampa Inn, The Motor Lodge, camp at Lynx Lake 🎥: Lynx Lake @prescottcityguide @cityofprescottaz @experienceprescott @prescottvalleytown

I gave this place a 4 star for a few reasons. Our first time taking the kids and overall it was ok. There isn’t much “adult” sitting chairs around where the kids played. 2 really low couches on the floor which makes it hard for the elderly or disabled. Definitely needs more appropriate seating areas for parents. There also isn’t any supervision while kids are out in the trampoline area. Meaning, kids under 49” have free range on big kid areas and can easily get hurt much faster. I also don’t like the fact that actual food isn’t available for purchase. They only offer snacks. However, I really liked the pricing. Reasonable and they offer deals. I took 4 of my kiddos and spent just under $100 which isn’t horribly expensive. We stayed 2 hrs even tho we paid for 3 because the kids were hungry and started getting bored. Not sure if we’ll go back.

This place should have potential but it’s a disappointment. First off, it’s filthy inside, especially the bathrooms. The equipment is all run-down and out of order. The pads the kids are jumping on have lost all their padding, so they are landing on hard boxes now. All in all, it’s in major disrepair and would not be surprised that many kids get injured here, hence their constant request to fill out waivers. It’s sad that they don’t maintain somewhere that should be fun for kids in Prescott. I wouldn’t be surprised if they go out of business soon.

Just left this location, we actually really love this place! The one star review is specifically for the manager. We got there and the doors were still locked at 10:05, and then as soon as we were let in I showed the tickets that we had already bought and the manager was like harassing my husband about putting on a pair of socks even though he wasn’t jumping, and we saw multiple other parents wearing regular socks that were on trampolines! The manager literally followed my husband around and rudely asked him three times and then finally was like “well you can’t get on any trampolines then!” She made it clear that she was the new manager and this place is under new management and things will be done her way. Guess that means opening the door whenever you want to. Also my 8 year old was standing up on Jousting type thing With no one to play with so one of the workers challenged him to a duel! That was my son‘s favorite part of the whole day! As soon as they got down I told the worker thank you so much that was so awesome of you to do, before I could even walk away the manager was over there yelling at the poor kid not to play with the kids only watch them. Hopefully she gets a better attitude since she’s gonna be dealing with children, no one wants to be around that...

I paid for online tickets for my three kids to get the discount of $58 and sent my husband with the QR code to show when he arrived at the get air location in Prescott. When he showed the QR code to the front desk and she scanned it, the lady at the front desk told him we still owed $80. So, my husband went ahead and paid this $80. When I checked our bank account later that day we had been charged for $58 and $80, when I called the company to let them know that this didn’t right, they said that there was nothing they could do because if they refunded us the $80 for their mistake we would technically have tickets that we could still use at their location. I had to call for three days in a row to even get a response. In the first two days, the guy who answered was absolutely rude and hateful. The manager Nicole was pleasant to talk, but she was still unable to help with our situation and basically said we had to return in office and if they scan the QR code and it hadn’t been used, they can’t refund us but if it has been used, they could refund us. So they’re not even addressing that they charged us $80 that we didn’t even owe and they’re not willing to correct...
