Had a terrible experience here today. I wanted a salad so we went for lunch. My daughter has a dairy and gluten allergy, but usually I can piece together something for her so we decided to go. The line was very long with only one person taking orders. My 4 year old daughter was starving so I asked to get a cup of fruit while we wait since 4 year olds don't tend to have the best patience and it was going to be a 25-30 minute wait for food. We were told they can't sell us a fruit cup. I asked if we could just get a small cup of fruit, not necessarily a menu item, just something to tide her over, the cashier asked a manager and we were told no. This seemed a little unreasonable since it wasn't a massive request, I offered that they charge me for extra strawberries on my salad and was still told no, they couldn't accommodate. None of their menu items are dairy and gluten free so I figured I was going to piece together something for her, but their inability to sell me a fruit cup squashed that idea. They couldn't sell me a side of deli meat either. (Odd considering even subway can do this). So I had to order a kids meal, which is a sandwich, but I asked for no bread and no cheese. I was told they can't just serve deli meat, that it will need to be lettuce wrapped. (What?!) Knowing full well my daughter won't eat the lettuce, I was forced to order this and be wasteful. Food came after 30 minutes and the kids meal came with none other than A FRUIT CUP. A measly one that was only half full but they have fruit cups and refused to sell me one. Bizarre. And there was a chocolate chip cookie on my daughter's plate as well (they obviously don't care about allergies) along with her lettuce wrapped ham. After I removed the offending items, it was a very sad looking $6 plate of food. But she was happy and ate what was available to her. I would suggest to management to be a little more diligent when someone has allergies and also be more lenient when simple, doable requests are made. We will not be back as they are unaccommodating.

I believe I’ve visited every Wildflower location across the state (including this one a couple of times before), and I have to say this Prescott spot is among the most beautiful. It’s large, open, and features lovely décor—though I was surprised that it doesn’t have the signature blown glass art I’ve seen at other locations. Even without it, the refined design here is really appealing. I came in for breakfast and noticed they’ve changed up the menu. Sadly, they’ve removed the spicy sausage frittata (and my previous favorite, the roasted vegetable frittata). Now there’s only one frittata option left, which has mushrooms and three kinds of cheese—unfortunately not my style. On the bright side, they’ve introduced a breakfast burrito that turned out to be really tasty. The green Hatch chili salsa packed great heat, though it was a bit too salty, and the burrito itself—filled with scrambled eggs, sausage, peppers, and potatoes—definitely hit the spot. It wasn’t very busy during my visit, so I was surprised that my food took a while to arrive. In previous visits, service was usually quicker. That said, the staff was friendly and the overall experience was still pleasant. If you’re looking for a nice, relaxed atmosphere with solid breakfast options, this location won’t disappoint.

We enjoy visiting Wildflower when we visit family in Prescott Valley on Thanksgiving and Christmas. This is the first time we have been to the new location and it is beautiful. There is a nice little lobby to wait with a couch and a few chairs. The line moved quickly and the server Amanda was friendly. Caleb was helpful and assisted our large family in selecting food options. The drink station was amazing with choices of coffee, soda, teas, and lemonades. The bread and dessert selections are amazing and the delicious variety makes selections difficult. We enjoyed the patio with perfect November weather. Wildflower was very busy as expected around the Thanksgiving holiday but we were still able to find a seat. We waited about 25-30 minutes for our food. The food was all delicious from breakfast selections to sandwiches, to salads, even a grilled cheese for our little guy. We did encounter two issues: 1) they only grilled one half of our “grilled” sourdough sandwich. 2) women’s bathroom stall was out of order so the long was very long. My niece ended up leaving without using the restroom. My only recommendation would be to come to Los Angeles! We will definitely continue coming back to Wildflower upon our visits to Arizona.

Today, May 12, 2019 (Mother's Day)

Last time I will go to this location as it was too noisy to have a conversation. The acoustics of this place is terrible. Much, much preferred the previous location. Better atmosphere and just more inviting at the previous place. However, food was good at this new location but just too hard to easily converse due to the loudness and with it being Mother's Day it diminished the occasion. This is something I find is typical of places that go for the industrial vibe. I like it for office buildings ok but definitely not for restaurants.

First Review - 4 Months Ago:

I miss the former location of this restaurant as it previously had a cozy feel with the fireplace and just more of a warmth to it. I'm not a fan of the 'industrial' look.

Couple suggestions:

The menu on the wall needs to be moved forward or at least to the middle of the wall. The reason is that when you enter the restaurant you have to wait until it's practically time to order before you can see the menu and that causes a delay. If the wall menu was moved to either the middle or closer to the entrance where the line forms, then people will already know what they want to order. This would be more efficient.

Also, re-think where the line forms at the entrance because it's far too close to those at the counter ordering. When my mom and I were there a couple evenings ago we had people practically breathing down our necks while we ordered. Very claustrophobic feeling and wasn't like that in your old location not to mention we had to turn around and squeeze ourselves through that same line once we ordered.

FYI: On another note, my mom ordered the white bean chili but it was more a bean soup vice chili due to a very soupy...

2nd sad experience here... 1st a few weeks back...we were sitting on the outdoor patio having a meal...as the girl swept right next to us and the dust and debris flew around us...

This time at 9:30am..the Bread was burnt and hard... Then I go to restroom and unable to pull out the toilet paper...the roll Is not proper for the dispenser. I notify the girl.. and she proceeded to tell me that I should write a letter to the owner, I said let your supervisor know and she then said well I'm the one who changes it. I said then you know it doesn't work properly...then she said well in 10 years you are the only person to complain.then I said why don't you mention it to your supervisor, it will show you care about the customer's .I said if you get a disability person in the restroom and they can't pull the paper out they can maybe fall over or get hurt. She didn't care ...by the way it is same lady who was sweeping when we came last time...pretty sad... She went over to 2 other employees to relate what I said ( I think) because they all turned around to look at me, shake her head and they disbursed. Meanwhile no one went to check the restroom dispenser ... Customer service/relationship...POOR. IN all my years working in this restaurant industry...she was the worst. She surely found excuses and unprofessional...She is a robot operating...collecting a paycheck. I rather drive to the Sedona Wildflower store...there bread is always fresh and warm and everyone at that location is kind and they know customer service...
