Amazing support! I recently purchased a new Traxxas RC instore, the gentleman behind the counter answered all my questions and helped me with some additional gear to go along with my new car. There was a mix up with one of the wiring harnesses i purchased, was handed a series harness instead of a parallel. Being new to the hobby I didn't notice the problem till i went to play with it. One of the components let out the magic smoke.

Now here is where the awesome support starts. My wife emailed the store cause it was after closing time to come up with some kind of repair, we honestly didn't expect a response till they opened later in the week. Few hours later the owner had emailed back and immediately knew what had happened and was more than willing to mail new replacement parts to us. We exchanged mailing info and that was that, or so we thought. The following morning received another email.. They were offering to drive all the way out to me (I live 70 miles away) to exchange the entire purchase just so my weekend wasn't ruined due to this little mishap. Personal family matter had me back up in Prescott the same day. We met up in the parking lot and exchanged units. 10/10...

I have been in the store on numerous occasions. I can honestly say that I have had one good experience, and many more bordering very poor. I work retail, and if I made my customers feel the way I feel in this store I would expect to lose business. As much as I try to support local businesses, this shop 8 out of 10 times will not take the time to try to earn your business, more it will send you away to find your own answers, and leave you frustrated when you realized how easy it was to find the answer, leaving you to feel like they just didn't want to try. Shame on this shop..Customer service begins with a friendly smile and some type of acknowledgement that a customer is in the shop, then listen to what the customer needs and if you don't have an answer, assist the customer with finding an answer. Unfortunately, I will continue to go to this shop, but I would truly love to talk with the owner or manager to express my frustration with this place...

Bought battery 2weeks ago and tried to return item for store credit. Was going to purchase RC car and Lipo Charger. Lady in store questioned my integrity saying the battery was very old and they didn't stock. i really have no time to drive all the way from chino to try and scam 15.00 from the PV hobby shop! Lady's customer service and attitude drove me right out the door and to my PC to order car parts and Charger from Tower Hobbies. I've been in hobby shop 4 times in last 2 weeks and the guys working there were respectful and helpful but this lady today was not. I decided to keep battery and will give to anyone who needs ...
