Third Shot Coffee — Restaurant in Prescott

I think we are all witnessing the downfall of third shot. I have been a constant well paying customer at third shot for about a year now but that’s ending. When I started to go here the service was great, the staff and management was so amazing and kind and the drinks were fantastic. But for the past few months it has taken a turn for the worst, and I think this is due to the new management as I had heard they previous owner had sold the company. They’re constantly out of stock of items like milk, fruit and even coffee. AT A COFFEE SHOP. All of the employees seem miserable and I can’t even blame them. If I had to deal with management who wouldn’t even keep essential products in stock I wouldn’t be too chipper either. This is causing a huge decline in service and quality of food as there are times where the poor baristas are unable to make nearly half the menu. All I can say is this place needs to either get their act together or get a new owner and management all together. Otherwise this place is going to fall to pieces more than...

Every time I come here which has been a handful of times now, I get the same thing. Regular brewed coffee and avocado toast. Every time, the coffee is luke warm and tastes burnt like dirt. The avocado toast was good the first time I got it, but since then it’s terrible. The bacon is overcooked so it’s like a crispy chip, they never put sprouts on it anymore even though I’m still charged for it, so I pay $9, yes NINE DOLLARS, for ONE slice of bread with a slice of bacon on top and the bread is barely toasted with some pre made avocado spread on it which they douse with black pepper, salt, and sesame seeds. I attributed the awful quality to the very young staff that either do not care if they provide a quality order, or are just clueless on how to brew coffee and make toast. I Guess I’ll return to Starbucks from now on instead of supporting a local business. Third shot is a major overpriced rip off, I’m never going back here again, especially not...

Well, what can I say...but ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! If I were to say I was pleased with the atmosphere, people, and staff would be an understatement. This is by far one of the best coffee houses I have ever been to then they step their game and the roll up door that connects to the SP Church (Starting Point Church) right next door. There isn't enough stars to give. I had an amazing pour over Everything Bagel breakfast sandwich to start my day here, then had an amazing Dark Roast Oat milk, Irish Cream, CBD oil coffee. I then wrapped up my time with a ridiculously delicious Super Berry Acai Bowl adding Almond & Peanut butter along with Bee Pollen.....JUST WOW!!!! This will be a place I always stop by as long as the doors are open when ever in Prescott.
