I have not taken my dog to The Grooming Salon for over two years now because I'm on my last visit I was complaining to letting them know that they had cut my dog's skin underneath his eye and it has not healed and right now I still have problems with it because when the scab because it is and the dog scratches it so it brings the sore back up to the point of I'm sure it's hurting the dog because you can see the redness when the scab is off so I did tell them that the groomer let me know by mistake they cut the dog's eye and when I went back to tell them that they needed to pay for my veterinarian visit the manager refused to do anything he ignored me like I was something that he didn't want to look at or see at all so I'm very disappointed and I have changed to Petco and that's my favorite...

I like this location...mostly. Its a pretty large size store, and the front is always staffed. I've also had really great experience with the puppy training classes, and the grooming salon. The reason I say mostly is because other than the front of the store, there's no one there to help you with anything. Want a fish? Better go to the front and track someone down. They'll help you, but you'll be waiting. I also have gone much more often recently, as i need wax worms for a bird. They were out for a solid week, and the worms come in containers of 50, but at least 20% are dead. I know nothing is perfect, and payrolls are tight, but an extra body would definitely help.
