IFA Country Stores — Attraction in Provo

Wish I could give no stars.... I love going to IFA and the location in Provo ut is a nice store. However... There baby chicks are not very well taken care of. They looked like trays stacked upon each other with chicks inside each one. They were so crowded and just had enough room to put their head out to eat. Awful conditions. While I was looking at them on the bottom row there were babies that were sooooo little they escaped from where they were kept and was on the outside. I told a employee that there was some that were out and he placed.them back inside. Not very gentle with them. I was extremely saddened to see this. Especially when I'm getting chicks within a few weeks. :(. I would highly suggest going to tractor supply company in Salem it. They are kept in awesome conditions. Room to move and they have heat lamps . IFA does not provide...

No stores in my area have Landscape Rakes in stock. So I called IFA in Provo. A female employee answered the phone, and I asked if they had landscaping rakes in stock. She said she knew they carried landscaping rakes, but she would check to see if they were in stock. She came back to the phone and said yes.

So I jumped in the car and drove to Provo. I asked an IFA employee where the landscaping rakes were. He brought me to where they should be, but there were none. Another IFA employee said they did not have any. I told him about my phone call, and he said the person who answered the phone "probably didn't know what a landscaping rake was."

If the people who answer the phones are completely incompetent, then maybe they should not be answering questions!

So once again I have to order something from Amazon. ...

They always have everything I need, except customer service. I’ve been standing in line for 10 minutes waiting for them to just look up an account. There are two other workers just gossiping by the clothing racks. Another lady walked up to the other register like she was going to help me, but then shortly walked away to continue whatever is more important then customer service. I mean if this was my business the customers would come first, not gossiping about drama and making wide eyes as the customers walk past. Ya we can hear you not...
