Soel Boutique — Attraction in Provo

i’m writing this review so hopefully it reaches the manager. i was there thursday june 2 at 3:15 and the girls working that shift made my friend and i feel so neglected and un noticed. we walked in and three girls were standing behind the counter in a circle talking and did not stop there conversation to give us a greeting. we walked around the store for a while and i was holding multiple clothing items but was never offered a dressing room. for the 10 minutes we were in the store we were never greeted or checked in on but the girls continued to talk behind the counter. i put the clothes away that i was holding and we left. i think the clothes are so cute, but with the kind of customer service i experience going in each time i don’t ever want to purchase anything. this is not the first time i’ve had a bad experience. called to surf across the road from them have the cutest and nicest girls who always make us feel welcome! it’s a very different feel...

I went in the store with my wife to exchange some shoes she was given as a gift for a different color. The staff was super nice and helpful, especially when making the exchange! We didn't have a receipt (as the shoes were a gift) and they were fine with looking up the order and taking care of it. What really impressed me was how they took care of the exchange. The shoes were originally bought on sale, but the sale had ended when we arrived, so we would have had to pay extra to get the same shoes in a different color, even though they were a gift...BUT the lady working was very understanding and helped us exchange them without any extra charge (at the sale rate), and was also very nice to my wife. Great service, expensive but...

Listen up google readers!! You are in for a REAL treat with Soel Boutique. I always have the most pleasant experience whether that’s shopping online or going into the store at either location. But! Let me tell you something. My most recent experience shopping in-store was 10/10. And here’s why - Allie and Sarah went ABOVE and beyond with every and any expectation that I had. And please note that it was closing time! Some people (Allie and Sarah) have a natural ability to light up a room and make you feel like their favorite customer ever. There is literally nothing better than that. All I’m saying is, whoever is in charge needs to give them a hefty raise for being genuine 5 star...
