Shopping for a Christmas gift for my girlfriend and upon entering the store was greeted by the Goldsmith and Manager Cory Vetta, who personally took the time to answer questions and provide options to order exactly what I was looking for to the store, in time for the holiday. Sasha helped get multiple items in store for me to choose from which helped me feel at ease with making a jewelry purchase online. Their communication throughout the entire process was great and really made me feel valued as a customer. Upon making the selection another associate offered to gift wrap the item and prepared it beautifully! I am extremely happy with the quality of the product and even more so with the level of service I was provided. The individualized attention I was given definitely won me over as a customer for life and I would absolutely recommend this team to anyone considering any level of jewelry purchase. From the moment I walked in, we were highly impressed! I went in to have my wedding band fixed and they were so accommodating and helpful. Even though it wasn't purchased there, they treated me great. I was so pleased with them, I had my son come back in to purchase his engagement ring for his fiancee. Sascha was beyond helpful for the whole process, teaching us about the quality of the diamonds we could select from and helping us select the perfect one. Corey's creations are absolutely amazing and is such a talent in his abilities to create the perfect jewelry! Had my wedding ring originally custom created from another prominent jewelry store family owned in Pueblo. Dealt with them over 5 years. When it came time to upgrade the diamond in my original ring, the family jeweler refused to assist over trivial matters after telling us yes and no and continuously changing their minds. Took my ring to Carleo's, they were more than happy to do the complicated work required, did so in less than 2 weeks, and kept me informed through the process.
