I’ve literally shopped at this place 60 times and I’ve never once in my life been asked for my id now because someone has a power trip because they’re not happy with their life if I have an account there which they can see that I have an account By asking me for my phone number and seeing that I have an account you would think that you would use your brain why are you asking me for my drivers license? I’m almost 40 years old because they’re on a power trip. I will never go back to this particular shop ever again. if I have an account there after I give you my phone number I’m clearly old enough to buy things at that store so why do you want my drivers license to be a weirdo and to get my information It’s unfortunate because I spend a lot of money at the store but that’s OK. I’ll find a new store that doesn’t harass me when I come in there asking for my ID knowing damn well I have an account there so it’s weird Like I’m clearly old enough it’s not like I look like I’m 17 years old. This store obviously hits better than the rest due to it being brand spanking new, however it's the employees who really set this location apart! I'm grateful that I no longer have to drive over the bridge or into the Cape as I live on the boarder of North Ft Myers and South PG. Although I have had a few knowledgeable sporadically from other store.....My new home base store only hires knowledgeable upbeat helpful workers! Lewis has been my absolute favorite as he treats me the way he would help family by always looking for my best deal while making sure he explains what I need and why and always types my correct needs into my account flagging others to provide the correct items for me if he isn't working!! He as many old school qualities and manners which sadly many of his peers are lacking!! The you King of Vape for taking responsibility seriously and striving to be great!! I'm very divided about leaving this review. On one hand, I've come here before and received decent service. On the other hand, my last visit two days ago was a let down.

Perhaps I came in at a bad time... But I was the only person in the store. One guy didn't seem interested in helping.

A younger, nicer guy helped me and promoted some disposable vapes on sale. It seemed like a great bargain so I bought them.

On my way out the young man said if there were any problems they could swap them out. When I got home, 2 out of the 3 vapes were dead or tasteless.

I called them to let them know and the person who answered the phone was dismissive, saying that the guy who sold them to me was new and they would not refund or exchange my purchase. He was very nonchalant when I expressed my disappointment and the call ended.

Needless to say, it was a major bummer and here I am with two useless vapes I spent my hard earned funds on. I'll definitely be going to a different location next time, or go back to Serenity...
