Well, this place belongs to the Hilton group, which naturally raises expectations, although the service felt more like that of a Spark hotel! Let me start with the location ; it’s really, really far from Manhattan, so if your main reason for staying here is to visit Manhattan, you definitely have other options closer by. Swimming pool; When we arrived in the evening, we thought we’d relax and go to the pool. Well, there were no towels at all. I went to the reception to ask for one, and they gave me a tiny face towel which was full of holes! The next morning when we went again, they had placed towels, but there were two problems: first, there wasn’t even a small bin for used towels, so everyone just left theirs on the chairs, and all the seats were covered with used towels! As for the shower, it was completely broken (I’ve uploaded a video of it). The pool water also had lots of fine particles in it, as if the filtration system wasn’t working properly. Breakfast; Breakfast wasn’t bad, although it wasn’t particularly complete either. Parking; One good thing is that the hotel offers free parking. Room quality; Our room was clean and quite new ,definitely up to a 4-star standard. But one inconsiderate guest in the room across from us kept their door open until 3 a.m., making it impossible to sleep! Thank you for reading this

I would really recommend this hotel. If you are staying in New Jersey. We stayed there while we visited New York. Went to the Bronx zoo and other sites. It was one of the best hotels I stayed out. It was clean. Even the rooms were clean, and the hotel is smoke-free , plus my family with me having asthma. Even when we left and saw housekeeping, they said you us to do something for your room. we would just say trash or if they forgot a towel or something they were so sweet. The lady at the front desk was so friendly, kind, helpful, and sweet. I think her name was Saneitta. The only thing I wish was breakfast was more than just bagels. Also, I wished they had milk and maybe cereal for the little one. Other than that, it was a great stay, and I would go back again. The pool area was clean, has a shower to rinse off the clorene before heading back to your room, had table and chairs with towels on each table, which I thought was sweet so if parents didn't want to go in the pool the had a place to sit and a towel ready to wrap around their little one in

We were greeted my a very kind receptionist who showed us room immediately. Our room was gorgeous and so clean. Beds neatly made, great couch, functional desk, and a stunning bathroom. The tv is great, has almost every channel. The shower has good water pressure and has built in shampoo conditioner, and shower gel, which all work great, leaving hair soft. I put 4 stars for location because the hotel happens to be on the side of a busy road. The noise didn’t bother me, but might bother others. The service is great, and the breakfast is better. They have 24 hour coffee and tea station and they have the best selection of tea and creamer! The breakfast has a variety of food, bagels, muffins, juice, with a great seating area. You are guaranteed to have a great visit!!

Very poor service. Room floor need to be mopped. Bed had huge dent in the middle like extremely sunk in. Limited supply with towels and blankets. Room was freezing heat blowing out cold air. When I told front desk lady she said check thermostat, absolutely no thermostat in room. There were no rooms to switch to so we had to resort to using the shower to warm the room up. Steam fogged the room up to where it set the fire alarm off. Alarm going off for about 15 minutes no one came to the room. So now I’m calling the front desk no answer. I go down stairs alarm is going off at the front desk no one there. Ringing the bell someone finally comes after like 10 minutes. This lady!! She don’t know how to reset the alarm says she has to come check. Get up stairs to the room and she ask was we smoking room is clearly foggy from shower steam. She said Fire alarm to loud for her so she just leaves out. Alarm has been going off for like 40 mins now. Now we both leave the room waiting in the lobby now for the fire department who took another 30 mins to get there then 20 more mins to turn it off. On top of that the pool is not working and people be laid out on the couches feet up no shoes in the lobby. Who wants to walk in and see that! Breakfast soggy both eggs and sausage. Waffle mix was strawberry mixed with blueberries no option for regular. Then the Stale bagels omg bad experience all around will not stay here again. Location is on a dead end block behind the waste plant. They advertise a view of the river you can see clear in the photos but in person to many trees blocking to see it. Looks like they use pictures from other hotels. Then how about I saw the maintenance man not even changing the garbage bags around the property he was just taking garbage out the top to where it wasn’t so full. Just disgusting! Reasonable price but after my experience I don’t recommend not worth it. I’ll just be paying extra bucks next time somewhere...

DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE FOR A HILTON: Upon check in at 9:40 pm, no one was at the desk, I waited 10 mins and then asked is anyone there. I was told to wait by someone shouting from the back , they will be right there. Waited another 5 mins. After checking in I came down for hot water and coffee that is available 24/7 but everything was empty. Did ask and instead of refilling the container I was give a cup from the back, this happened again the next night. On our second night around 12 midnight, came back from an event and no one was at the desk again, we called out no one came. We needed towels and to ask the to get the garbage as we found out the rooms are not tidy up everyday, only every other day, which means no clean towels or no one taking the garbage for two days. Very unacceptable. When I go away for vacation and paying for my stay, I shouldn’t have to take out my own garbage and get my own towels. At least they could come in and make the beds and take the garbage. Breakfast was blah, and the cleanness of the lobby and elevator was terrible. Check in night there was something by the elevator but instead of cleaning it, a wet floor sign was placed until the next day. Rooms were clean but no coffee maker or ice bucket available in rooms. My room was also next to the elevator and I requested away from elevator. This was very DISAPPOINTING...
