Carolindica — Attraction in Raleigh

I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at the Capital Boulevard location. This place has been great previously since first visit in late 2023. During my visit on April 6, 2025, at approximately 6:45 pm, a male employee chose to engage in a personal phone call and completely disregarded standard customer service protocols. I also did not receive my receipt in email nor print. This individual's lack of attention and unprofessional behavior was frankly appalling. This is a great place to go. Now I’m from New York and I’ve been looking all over for some good stuff. This place I will say it’s pretty good right now for North Carolina. Just had my first experience Carilindica, happen to see their atractable simage so decided to make a stop and try it out. The lively person behind the counter helped me with my quick and fast questions. Helped me out and got a free sample. When I found out that their products are theirs, I was much more interested. After using a few products the ones created by them, I'm amazed. Great feeling, relaxed and definitely mood boosted. I believe this will be my new norm for my relaxing essentials.
