Burger King — Restaurant in Raleigh

If I could give zero stars, I would! Went through drive thru and had to wait over 25 mins for my food. The employee told me to pull over and she would take my food out. When she did, I remembered that I needed sauce so I asked her for it. I asked her and she told me that I needed to go through the drive thru because the door was locked (this was after their dine in hours). I have absolutely no idea what door she was talking about, as she still went inside the place without any issue. But SERIOUSLY? GOING THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU AGAIN JUST FOR FREAKING SAUCE?? That wouldn't have been an issue with me if I was the only one in the drive thru. But I wasn't. So instead I parked my car and walked to the drive thru window and got my sauce. I was beyond pissed at this point. Well guess what?! She actually came out from BK and asked me if there was a problem. I told her yes, her attitude was a problem. She said "I told you to give me a moment, but have a nice night", walked back inside without giving me a chance to reply while she was still talking saying who knows what. She NEVER TOLD ME TO GIVE HER A MOMENT. SHE TOLD ME TO GO BACK THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU! Hopefully I won't crave BK anymore at 9:30 pm and if I do, I definitely wON'T ORDER ANYTHING IF THIS...

I really like this Burger King. They always prepare the food quickly, the burgers, fries, and cheese sticks are hot and delicious, and the service is very, very good.

My son and I recently tried the cheese sticks and were completely shocked at how good they were! We chided ourselves that we'd never tried them before. We paid $1.64 for four perfectly cooked and seasoned mozzarella cheese sticks. What a bargain.

Normally, I purchased the Bacon King Burger, which is huge! Every time they've prepared it, it was delicious, tasty, and absolutely worth the very reasonable price. I'm not a big fan of fries, which is one reason I appreciate Burger King's onion rings. While they're not pure coated rings of onion, but rather, onion infused breading, they still have that traditional onion ring flavor; and they're hot, perfectly salted, and delicious.

Whenever we're hungering for a big burger meal, we make Burger King our stop. And this particular store, while not heavily trafficked (That's a shame - people don't realize what they're missing!), we prefer this store to others we've visited because of consistently good service and...

This Burger King in Raleigh truly deserves recognition! The food was incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked, and came out piping hot — honestly some of the best I’ve ever had from the chain. The atmosphere was just as impressive. From the moment I walked in, Ebony greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism. She made me feel like family with her kindness and her positive attitude, and if she isn’t already the manager, she should be.

The hospitality didn’t stop there. Even the cooking team in the back, especially Andre, helped create a welcoming, family-like vibe that made the visit memorable. The restaurant itself was spotless and well-run, and I even noticed someone sweeping outside to keep the property clean. It’s rare to see a fast-food location take this much pride in both service and atmosphere.

I’ll be returning not just for the breakfast, but for the great vibes and outstanding service that make this Burger King stand out. They truly treated me like family, and for that, this location deserves to be...
