I can see why this place has gotten good reviews over time. I'm willing to bet that every person that left her a good review, only required a one-time treatment for whatever service they needed. Upon my first visit the owner made me feel comfortable and raved about how much better I would feel after my treatment, leading me to purchase a 5 session package. My fault for buying more than I wanted. Nevertheless, I was still excited about coming back and being seen for more sessions.
It wasn't until after I had already paid a decent amount of money for my future services that my customer experience took a turn for the worst. A few days before my next appointment I got a text from the owner asking if we could reschedule my appointment in order to accommodate her personal schedule, she said it was her son's birthday or something of the sort. No biggie, not exactly professional in my opinion, but I agreed and didn't make anything of it when I saw her again for the appointment.
A few days before my third appointment, something came up in my personal schedule which led me to ask the owner if we could reschedule. I was told that it was inconvenient for her to have to do that since she's already allocated the time for me and has had to turn away other potential customers in order to keep our appointment. Slightly annoying since she'd done the same to me with my last appointment, but I tried to not let it bother me and adhered to my original appointment time.
A few days before my 4th appointment with the owner, guess who sent me a text asking to reschedule; she said it was her anniversary or something. This really made me mad since she'd given me such a hard time when I tried to reschedule with her in the past. Nevertheless, I agreed and just bit my tongue since I'm not the confrontational type. I arrived for my new appointment time on time and still had 3 other people in front of me that needed to be seen. In case it hasn't been made obvious, she clearly has a terrible system for scheduling appointments as she works off of her iPhone calendar, rather than an actual CRM system. I waited to be seen and upon entering the room she told me that she ran out of numbing spray earlier in the week and hadn't had time to restock. For the procedure that I was having done, numbing spray is a necessity. She giggled slightly for her mistake and proceeded nonetheless putting me in a very uncomfortable and painful position.
At this point I've already decided that I would follow through with my 5 and final appointment with her but would NEVER go back to see her again for anything. Well, in case you didn't see it coming, I again receive a text a few days before my last appointment asking to reschedule. Who knows what the reason was this time, but it wasn't a big deal for me to move the appointment around so I agreed again to accommodate her schedule. The day of my last appointment, I received a text from the owner telling me she is running late because she is waiting in line to vote. Again, terribly unprofessional, and not my problem that she waited until the last day to vote.
By now I'd had enough and decided to forfeit my losses for that last appointment because I was beyond frustrated with her unprofessionalism, which ended up totaling about $350. At the end of the day, if you care about customer service I would warn you to stay away from this business. But mostly, if you care about getting good services, I would also stay away from here, because despite everything she did that was unprofessional, I'm also not satisfied with the results after 4...

After having a friend (out of state) rave about her laser hair removal results, I started my search online. ExcelLase had mostly great reviews online, and seemed to be my best bet.. plus as a small-business owner I love supporting other small-business.
My consultation/first appointment was great. Noushi was very friend and professional, and did a "trial run" to see if my hair responded to laser. I told her I was only interested if the treatments would leave me completely hair free. She said it would, so I purchased a 5-pack (4 + 1 free) for 2 areas. There was a little improvement between that and my second appt, but nothing to rave about.
On my third session, she informed me that I have very difficult hair in one area, and even on the highest setting, she couldn't "kill them" and if she went any higher she would burn my skin (she also ran out of numbing gel for this session and it was the most painful thing I have ever experienced). I understand everyone's hair is differenr, but I feel she wouldwhave known on the trail run whether laser would work for that area. Regardless, I went ahead and booked my fourth session for the second area since she mentioned I could maybe transfer the remaining sessions from the stubborn area to the okay area.
The morning before my fourth session, I received a text asking to reschedule because her father was going into surgery. Of course I said yes! After two weeks of not hearing back from her, I reached out to see how her father was doing and if she was back to work. No response, so I followed up a couple weeks after, was able to reschedule. Unfortunately I had a work emergency come up within the 24 hr cancel deadline, and she wanted to charge me, after some discussion she didn't, but it still left with a sour taste in my mouth that she asked after doing the same to me previously.
She never sent other times, and two weeks later i reached out to see when we could reschedule. At this point, I had moved over an hour away without traffic, and we were not available at the same times Since one of the areas wouldn't work anyways, I asked for a refund on the remaining sessions. She informed me that no refund typically is given after you sign consent (I guess even if she lies and says you'll get results and then informs you halfway through the treatment packages that it actually won't work). However she would "talk to her medical director and let me know the following day". That was over 2 months ago, and I haven't heard a peep from her.
She'll probably respond to this post as she did to Gina's (the customer from a year ago who had some similar experiences) that this post is a "learning experience". Clearly these posts mean nothing to her as a year later she is using the same tricks and taking your money. I'm not postinf this to get anything more from her. I just want to save the next customer from making the same mistake I did -- better to go to another place that is professional, truthful about what their services will do for you, and has quality customer service.

I have never done anything like this, so I was very nervous about damage to my skin or scarring, or maybe it wouldn't even work at all. Being the skeptic that I am, I was a nervous wreck! I had read reviews and one bad review almost scared me off especially since I didn't know anything about Laser, and had never met Noushi.
I thought this was going to be very painful, and it wasn't at all. Within a few days, I was already wishing I had bought a bigger package, so on my next visit, I did JUST that, and it was the BEST thing I could have done for myself! I have had laser hair removal on my underarms, lower leg, and bikini area, and couldn't be more pleased! Noushi is simply the best! She earned my trust so much with the laser hair removal, that I actually took her advice and trusted her enough to do FRAXEL on my face! Poor Noushi...I am probably the worst skeptic in the world, but she was very patient with me, and very kind. I couldn't have imagined in a million years that I would trust anyone enough to touch my FACE!!!! The fraxel wasn't painful either! I was astonished, just very minimal pain near the hairline and on my forehead, the rest was absolutely painless. I couldn't believe it! Even though Noushi really had earned my trust at this point, I still drove her crazy, I'm sure! I texted her photos the next day, and she was always kind enough to check on me and reply! Within a few days, I had beautiful skin again! I have never liked my complexion, even as a child, but for days I just walked around saying to my husband and family, "Don't I have the most beautiful skin, EVER?" I didn't even know I had so much sun damage until it was gone! All money well spent!I even had the opportunity to watch Noushi do a tattoo removal! Most amazing thing I've ever seen! If you are interested in Laser Hair Removal, Fraxel or Tattoo removal, I'd say you really shouldn't hesitate in your decision, but choose NOUSHI!!!! She's the BEST! Worth the money and the hour and 45 minute drive one way each time! I wouldn't even believe a bad review. I am a REAL person.
