Kat was very easy to work with. She went over everything with us in great detail about the Blockbuster Immersive Sound Power Sectional that we were interested in. Once she was done giving us the complete tour, we explained to her that we needed some time to discuss it, and that we'd get back to her. She waited patiently in the distance without hovering over us or following us around the store, like some other furniture store reps have done to us in the past. The next day was Sunday and we had a lot going on at home. I texted her on the Jerome's chat line to let her know that we made our decision and wanted to come back in to buy the sectional, but that it wouldn't be until near closing time. Her response was, "No problem, I'll be here and will get everything started for you". We didn't make it back until about 13 minutes before they were about to close. Once again, she did not pressure us with phone calls or texts, but instead, was waiting patiently near the door for us to show up. Once we got there, Kat did not rush us into starting the process, but instead, asked if we wanted to look around at anything else about 10 minutes before closing. She did not act even slightly worried about the time. We were so happy and comfortable with her, that not only did we purchase the sectional, but bought a whole new bedroom set and mattress too. We didn't even leave the store until after 9 pm. The store had been closed for over an hour, and she never once mentioned the time or pressured us to make a decision. They have tons of options and we were able to choose a sectional, recliner and ottoman that my family loved. Our rep Kevin helped with all of our needs and he was very knowledgeable in every question I had and didn’t know our sectional couch came with ottoman. We were planning to buy a separate ottoman but our rep Kevin knew right away that it can be ordered and custom on fabric design. They also have an after Labor Day sales which we decided to finance for 0% for 60months. The best part is no hassle and let us enjoy roaming every chairs, furniture and when it came down to choosing that’s when Kevin came to assist us. I even asked Kevin about delivery, delivery fees, how long custom fabric works, finance, and availability. The delivery were late from the time expected by text and email but it’s ok they came through and even removed our previous couch as a courtesy. Im glad I paid only for furniture to be delivered inside house and I did the removal of box and protection from the furniture which was really easy. I’d say you don’t need to pay full price on the delivery which Kevin our rep mentioned as well. Also the ladies in finance were helpful and courteous that gave me all the details needed. I purchased my furniture back in MARCH, and each time one of my furniture was ready to be delivered, I always had issues with delivery times/days. My final piece of furniture is ready to be delivered after 6 months, and now I'm not even sure I'll receive it. I was notified of my delivery time a day before and noticed the estimated time was during my work hours. I contacted customer care via email and informed them of the issue. they responded with a generic email to reschedule my delivery day. when I responded again with what days they can deliver I never got a response back. the next day I get a call from the delivery personnel telling me they are 10 minutes away. I had to informed the driver that I will not be home for another 2 hours so my delivery was cancelled. when I called customer care to reschedule I was connected with a very rude customer service person who kept talking over me when I try to explain my situation on deliveries on weekday mornings. she simply told me deliveries in my areas are weekdays and they cannot control the times of when they will be delivered. so I'm going to have to reschedule until they deliver my furniture during the times I'm actually off work and at home.
