I recently visited this convention center for my college graduation ceremony, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. The facility is incredibly spacious and well-planned, making it an ideal venue for large-scale events. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the modern architectural design and the clean, professional environment.

The seating capacity is massive, yet the layout ensures a clear view from every angle. The convertible seating arrangements are a great touch, allowing flexibility for different types of events. One of the highlights was the large digital screen — crystal clear and visible from every corner of the hall, enhancing the entire experience for both the audience and participants.

Sound quality was another standout. The acoustics are well-engineered, ensuring every word spoken on stage was sharp and audible without echo or distortion. It's evident that a lot of thought has gone into the technical infrastructure.

All necessary amenities were readily available and well-maintained — clean restrooms, ample parking space, accessible pathways, and efficient security arrangements. The management has truly prioritized comfort and convenience for guests.

Overall, this convention center is one of the best I’ve visited in terms of space, technology, and functionality. It made our special day even more memorable. Highly recommended for graduations, conferences, or any...

The Monument prioritizes VIP parking or pay-to-park passes over ADA parking for disabled veterans. According to Monument employees, ADA parking is available on a "first-come, first-served" basis. The Monument cannot accommodate the influx of people during large events. Furthermore, when the Monument hosts a major event, overflow parking is directed to the Central High School parking lot, which is unfair to events held at the high school.

Let’s continue this review: The new arena is terrible. The seating consists of hard plastic chairs, and if you're a larger-sized person, don’t bother considering these seats because you will not fit.

Additionally, employees open your beer cans (which you paid for) with their bare hands. If you're handling my beer, you should either be paying for it or washing your hands after...

Went to see the Blue man group with my wife of 9 years to celebrate our anniversary and waited 3 1/2 hours and several failed attempts to only get cancelled. Was offered to come back tomorrow for the 2 or 7 O'clock showings, we really want to see them so we opted for tomorrow's 2 O'clock showing and they were quick to gets us tickets but forced me to ask if we had the same seats unfortunately No! But they were going to charge us the same amount until I asked for a discount (that in my opinion was shadey, they should have been forth coming and made everything right, right out the gate), hopefully we don't get cancelled on again tomorrow or that'll be several hours, gas and travel I highly doubt their willing to compensate us for, besides the nineth anniversary memory that will be Unfavorably memorable, please let it...

I'm not sure if this is a new construction, or just undergoing renovation, but I will say it's a nice arena, very clean, easy(ish) to get around in, and the sound system is TOP NOTCH. Parking was easy to get into, though we parked at the high school across the street because the parking lot we were near was full. Getting out after was equally easy to navigate. We were here to hear the All State choir and orchestra performance on Oct. 30 and, being used to high school performances in gymnasiums, I wasn't expecting much. Holy cow were we blown away though. Despite being in, what felt like, nose bleed sections, and far from the choir and orchestra, we heard everything with perfect clarity and it sounded amazing.
