Dixon Coffee Company — Restaurant in Rapid City

Visited here from out of state, my fiancé and i ordered an decaf quad mocha and a iced white chocolate americano ... my fiancés drink (mocha) was delicious and made me excited to receive my drink, and that's when the disappointment starts.

First a hot americano was made .. and we corrected and said it was supposed to be iced. Then an iced one was made but it wasn't a white chocolate americano.

We then returned and stated to the two baristas that the second drink was made incorrectly, and asked them to please correct it and stated what was originally ordered.

No cream was offered to put in there and as a barista myself that blows my mind.

The third drink made was EXTREMELY watery and spilt all over when we drove away as the americano was way too watered down.

Just a heads up to this coffee stand - work on your customer service and smile. Second - listen to what your customers order so you don't have to waste espresso. And third - don't add water to your...

Traveling to Rapid City multiple times a year, I always seem to receive pleasant smiles and uplifting attitude from the Barista's.

Tuesday, March 4th... I noticed "Organic Matcha" on the many selective choices of drink. "No way, could this be good", as I recalled my previous encounter with Matcha...The politeful and cheerful lady shared her preference on how she likes the drink, Toasted Marshmallow!!! Never would have imagined such a flavor to be added into matcha. Therefore, I gave the drink a try. AMAZING!!!! I had been surprised by the true clean taste of the Matcha with a hint of sweetness of toasted marshmallow.

Very happy. I called ahead with an order just to see if they could make it and I was given an affirmative. I still was not sure if it would be right because the person I was getting it for is from Washington state. I came in and in no time I was handed my coffee. I got it home and have it to the person that asked for it. She looked at it with a "well, we will see." Look on her face. She no sooner tipped the cup up and just as she started to sip her eyes opened and she smiled. She insisted everyone try the coffee, every coffee drinker gave an approval. She needed to know where you where located and the last I know, she stopped there twice more before she left town.
