SWAT- Salon With A Twist — Attraction in Red Wing

Post those pictures that you said you have of me walking out of your salon with dye still all over my skin an the side of my face! Very unprofessional an have no clue what a straight part is an plenty of brown still in my hair where it was supposed to be magenta! Tattoo artist has NO CLUE IF A TAT IS HEALED OR NOT! HAD NO WORK TO SHOW ME EITHER. VERY SKEPTICAL! IF THERE WAS THUMBS DOWN, ID GIVE IT ALL DAY LONG. Not only me they did wrong but my daughter as well! You also forgot the pictures of my hair! Yes I did complain about how your stylist was parting my hair an it was not even on the sides. Again, I have never sat in a chair that long to die my hair for a peek-a-boo! An still month later an my hair is still bleeding color an leaving marks on clothing when it's dry! AGAIN, I HAVE HAD MY HAIR DIED TO MANY TIMES WITH VIBRANT COLORING. WHY WOULD I NOT ASK FOR AN ITEMIZED STATEMENT? EVERY CUSTOMER SHOULD AN YPU COULDNT PROVID ME WITH THAT! AN MY CALL THAT DAY WAS TO CANCEL WITH YOUR TATTOO ARTISTS, AN YOU PROCEEDED TO SAY THAT YOU ALREADY DID THE DAY I WAS THERE CAUSE I GAVE YOUR BUISNESS A 1 STAR RATING! YES THE COLOR WAS BEAUTIFUL. THE COLOR SHOULD NOT BE BLEEDING A MONTH AFTER AN FOR IT TO DIE MY HANDS PINK AN CLOTHING! NOT OKAY. OBVIOUSLY YOUR PRODUCT IS NOT GOOD. THE DYE I HAD WAS FROM WALMART AN IT WAS BETTER PRODUCT DUE TO IT NOT BLEEDING MY CLOTHING OR MY HANDS WHEN I WASH MY HAIR. I ALSO CAME IN 2MONTHS AFTER THE FACT OF ME DOING MY OWN HAIR. SO PLEASE MAKE THE PICTURES YOUR STYLIST TOOK, PUBLIC AN POST THEM. SOME MIGHT BE HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE AN SOME ARE NOT! YOU GIVE REVIEWS TO HELP THE BUISNESS GET BETTER/ ADJUST TO WHAT CLIENT WANTS WITH...

I walked into the salon about 15 minutes prior to my appointment time, the receptionist greeted us when we walked in, she was very friendly, and asked us to have a seat in the waiting room. Totally fine. We then sat there for about 25 minutes, and during this time, my mom and I both got headaches from the lights above us making a constant buzzing noise. I know they do tattoos here as well, but as myself being covered in tattoos, I can tell the difference between a tattoo machine and a light making noise. As we were sitting there waiting a woman entered the salon and walked up to the front desk to only be ignored by the receptionist, and the woman eventually walked onto the floor and talked to the stylist to see if she could make an appointment. Doesn’t seem very professional to me. My appointment time approaches and the stylist just disappears. I get it that she might have been eating lunch, but it would have been nice to be told that she needed a quick lunch break before my appointment, I would have been fine with that. Eventually when I got a headache from the lights buzzing my mom and I just left. I would have notified someone and told them that I need to cancel my appointment but there was no one in sight, the stylist and the receptionist were both gone. Sorry to say, but I won’t be returning...

I’ve been to SWAT twice in past month and a half and also sent my husband to get my 5 year old boys haircut. My first trip was with Mandy for a cut. Cannot say enough bout Mandy’s skills! She also cut my 11yr old Autistic daughter’s hair and watching her interact with my daughter was beyond touching!!

Then I sent my hubs with our 5yr old boy. My son came home so stoked about the salon and all the awesome visuals to take in, I don’t think he’ll let us take him anywhere else ever again!

Today I took some Mommy time and had Reagan give me a FABULOUS hair cut! She had great conversation and listened to everything I wanted!

Met the owner and had awesome and fun conversation with her!

Needless to say, SWAT gained an entire family of 4 customers! Can’t wait to explore all of their other...
