Sunglass Hut — Attraction in Redding

The manager is extremely rude. He dropped one the sunglass lenses that were shipped to the store from Oakley and would not own it. He claimed they were not scratched yet there are micro scratches. He is very belligerent as he threw the lenses down on the counter and told me to get out of the store because there’s nothing he is going do. He proceeded to ask security to handle the situation.

Hi, I had came in on September 14,2021 about 10 minutes before 4PM. The two ladies working were very rude. as soon as we walked in they rudely greeted and told us they were both going to lunch and shutting down the store. We kindly replied and said we would be quick. The ladies continued to be rude and talked behind us wanting us to leave. My family has purchased around 15 pairs of glasses and were looking to buy 2 today. we have now decided from the way these ladies treated us that we will take our business elsewhere. very rude and disrespectful....

Went there to browse their selection as I was looking at getting some new Oakley’s, first a young woman came to greet my friend and I asked if we needed any help and we said we’re just browsing, she then walked over to her manager and whispered something in his ear and then immediately he walked right up to us and stood over us and awkwardly watched us (obviously trying to make us feel uncomfortable as if we were trying to steal from them) until we left.
