Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Redding

This Round Table's service is HORRIBLE, but the pizza is good. I decided to use this place again tonight even after having trouble 2 weeks ago. But here we go again, I ordered online and used an online coupon code, but when we went to pick up the order, they would not honor the code without having the coupon in hand. Nowhere on the coupon or online ordering does it state that you must present the coupon when you pick up the order. I'm not quite sure what their definition of ONLINE code means, but they will NOT honor an ONLINE code when you get to the restaurant even though it is a valid coupon and accepted online. So don't even think about ordering online with a coupon to save time or money. Also, the person who picks up the order must have the credit card used to make the purchase online, otherwise they will not allow it, my husband had to cancel the order and redo it in his name. I have been a loyal customer of this particular RTP for at least 15 years and have always had a great pizza. Oh, how things have changed. I ordered our usual, a large King Arthur Supreme, and they told me it would be an hour. To our delight, it was only 40 minutes. I watched as the delivery driver pulled up to my house, got out of the driver's door and go around to the rear passenger door, and pull my pizza off of his seat - no insulated delivery bag. I tipped the driver, opened the box, and the pizza was cold - not ice cold - but not even warm. I called the store, and the person who answered told me they were sorry, but they had to let all of their delivery drivers go and that they were now using a third-party to deliver. So I asked, "So then, I can expect cold pizzas from now on?" THE PERSON ANSWERED, "YES, I GUESS SO." I paid $61 for 6 wings and a large pizza at RTP...a cold pizza. So guys, you have lost a...

The food was decent but whom hired Gracie? She has jaded me from returning to your location. I SO regret adding a $5 tip before monitoring service. She did not bring our beverages to us, as promised for 15 minutes. When I retrieved our own beverages, She has her mask down past her nose while cashiering and serving. When bringing our pizzas, I had to ask for our salads, wrong dressing. Gracie, an employee of Round Table Pizza rudely grunted when I asked about our salads. When I called upper management to address this situation, no accommodations were offered. You represent your Round Table Location and well, not looking so hot! Jaded and taking my business elsewhere.

June 2nd, 2021 Update: A few days after posting this complaint, Round Table Management called me. I re-explained our experience and have not been offered any accommodation to this date.
