Awful service and mediocre overpriced food, they need to get someone in there who knows how to run a business. We waited 20 minutes for our to-go food and watched people who got there after us get their food first, after waiting that long we decided to go ask what’s the deal, and they lost our ticket and hadn’t even started our food! We got there at 2:30 and didn’t leave until 3:20, being that this is a franchise and not a lone business, I would expect better, doesn’t matter if it’s a soft opening or not. Read moreI walked in and the music was so loud that I had to repeat myself three times to the cashier, so that she could hear me. I could barely hear her. She then told me I didn't tell her something in my order. I told her politely that I did tell her, she just couldn't hear me because the music was so loud. She proceeded to glare hatefully at me. I ordered two teas. The lady that made them and gave me my order was very cheerful. The teas were good. The muffin was as dry as the Gobi Desert and was, in my estimation, and my husband, several days old and, "very stale, hard and dry". We have been here several times before and had good experiences, food and service. If this was my first time, we would never go back. I called and asked what might have happened but they told us that it must have been Grub hubs fault and there’s nothing they can do. While I understand that working with delivery vendors comes with its challenges I know that they did not make the food themselves, and for T-bar to play the blame game instead of just acknowledging that they made a mistake just shows their level of commitment to providing a quality meal (Not to mention it’s not exactly cheap for what you get).
