I live overseas and was in the market for a particular watch and in general the USA has the best prices in the world for high end watches. I found and contacted them online and they had the model in stock I was in touch with Dan and we negotiated a great price and was shipped to me . To reduce the weight - cost of shipping I had it shipped without the heavy and large wood box, Unfortunately during shipment the strap was damaged after being opened by customs and poorly repacked by them. So no fault of Jackson in packing but Dan ordered a new strap had it shipped and a week later I am wearing the watch I was happy with the service but Dan also supplied the new strap free of charge , just to say this was not a warranty or shipping claim he supplied the new strap as a good faith gesture.
