Dolle's Candyland — Attraction in Rehoboth Beach

An iconic landmark of Rehoboth Beach, Dolle's has been feeding sweet treats to beach goers for nearly 90 years. The salt water taffy is excellent as are many other candies. At least l, they used to be... From what I hear, the recipes have changed for the worse since the Ibachs merger, which is a shame. I have not tried the candies since the change so i cannot give a first hand opinion to the decline in quality or flavor. They don't honor their "buy 2 get 1 free" popcorn offer at their corner shop, but they send you down to their Dolles-Ibachs shop for the deal but charge you a dollar more per box! When I asked they said the corn at the Ibachs shop was "gourmet." When I asked what was gourmet about the caramel corn the shop girl said one was made with molasses and one with brown sugar. When I asked her which shop sold which type she said she couldn't remember. What utter bullsh*t. Fishers has my business...

Went to refill two tubs. They are having sale. Buy two get one free. After I had refilled my tube I saw sign and asked them to charge me for two new buckets (which was10.95 each) verses 9.95 each to refill two tubs. Was told I couldn’t pay them the two dollars let them keep two tubs and receive the 3rd tube free.
