My family and I recently visited Urban Air Reno and were absolutely blown away by the incredible experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff's warm smiles and friendly demeanor made us feel welcomed and excited. The facility is massive and boasts a wide array of attractions that cater to all ages and interests. My kids had a blast bouncing on the trampolines, soaring through the air on the ziplines, and conquering the challenging warrior course. The adults in our group even joined in on the fun, rediscovering our inner child on the ropes course and enjoying a competitive game of dodgeball. What truly sets Urban Air Reno apart is its commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. The staff members are incredibly attentive and vigilant, ensuring that everyone adheres to the rules and guidelines for a safe and enjoyable experience. I was particularly impressed with their patience and encouragement towards my son, who was initially hesitant to try some of the more adventurous activities. They took the time to build his confidence and make him feel comfortable, eventually leading him to conquer his fears and have an amazing time. The facility itself is well-maintained and clean, with plenty of seating areas for parents to relax and watch their children play. The food options are also surprisingly diverse and delicious, offering a variety of snacks, meals, and drinks to fuel your energy throughout the day. Overall, our visit to Urban Air Reno was an unforgettable experience. The combination of thrilling attractions, a dedicated staff, and a family-friendly atmosphere makes it an ideal destination for birthday parties, group outings, or simply a fun-filled day with loved ones. I highly recommend Urban Air Reno to anyone looking for an exciting and memorable adventure!

While it is a cool concept with a lot more going on than most trampoline parks, the lack of good schedule maintenance brought my kids' experience to a halt for nearly 30 minutes of our 2 hour visit when multiple sections, including the sky rider and duck/dodge game on opposite sides, became unavailable because an employee was on break. This was while three employees at the front played around with nothing to do. I get that some less popular sections have an "open by request" sign on them, but when that request is met by an "unavailable right now" because someone is on break from the sky rider, it means the schedule is not being managed properly. The ninja course was missing a couple items that made passing parts of it impossible. And then right after they announce 30 minutes to close, my kids go to the ropes course which is closed for ten minutes. It was at least 15 minutes. Right before closing. I assume another poorly managed break. This is ridiculous. We're from out of town so losing our business isn't significant. If your kids are here all day or have memberships for routine visits, I assume it is worth it. It wasn't for our visit and we definitely won't be back while in town. The growing frustration from me and another father may account for the unfriendly demeanor my kids received from the staff. Well managed, the employees and customers should be happy. Not so much near closing on Saturday. While it's too dim to read, there is a bar available in back.

Went to Urban air for the first time with my family and our friends family. A very interesting experience to say the least... I want to start with saying the two women that were working behind the cashier were very helpful and polite. Most of the obstacles were fun for the kids and even us adults. Here's where some of our issues were while we were there. The first thing I noticed was were staff members saying curse words to each other in their conversations right next to my 3 and 8 year old. The next thing that we noticed was the lack of supervision by staff in the area of the ball pit, most children were older and either crowding the end of the obsticle or even going down the obstacle backwards towards other children trying to complete the course. This occurred the entire 2 hours of being there. Also in the ball pit besides the balls themselves, it was especially apparent the dirtiness of the walls obstacle on the right side of the course. The facility was very warm and it may be a large building with lots of people but even to sit down and watch was hard on our friends mom. While on one obsticale I was trying to help my children with bouncing in one of the courses that you land on your back and you bounce back up with your feet going up the wall; while demonstrating what to do I had landed on my back and instead of bouncing up normally my belt was caught by one of the springs that hooked around my belt and ripped it as I was bouncing back up. This was a quite a scare as I had no idea what I had landed on until after and we had noticed the hook sticking out from the rest. I am thankful it did not hurt me in any other way but sadly that could have been a child and it could have hooked into someone's skin and been a lot worse. I had told the only employee in the area immediately and showed them where the metal was. They tried to tuck it back under the tarp and proceeded to allow children to continue jumping. I wanted to make sure no one got hurt from this so I shared the information with the managers (I believe it was the owner of the business). Unfortunately, there was no response in compassion from the owner which ultimately led me to writing this review. I do believe there should have been a "are you okay" or something along those lines but instead it was "show me what your talking about" and "I see what your talking about" but not even a Thank you for bringing it to their attention . Thankfully they did shut down that one trampoline and hopefully they were able to fix the issue before opening up again. As a fellow local business owner here in Reno I hope for the absolute best for your business and only write this in hope it will help this business improve and be a pleasurable spot for families to bring there children....

I had a large birthday party for my 2 year old on 02/02. Due to the size of kids attending I had to book two tables, meaning two reservations. I paid two deposits of $55 for each table. A couple days before the event i went in to check out the venue and the manager (male, don’t remember his name) said my entire party could fit in the VIP suite and suggested I change one reservation to the VIP suite, and he would cancel and refund the 2nd reservation. It’s now 2 weeks later and I’ve called 10+ times, left 3 voicemails, even SPOKE TO THE OWNER, & they keep saying they’ll circle back to me but haven’t. I have not received my refund of $55. While it may seem like a “small” amount it’s not, after spending over $700 on the VIP suite for 2 hours. Customer service is terrible. The day of the event the VIP suite was extremely hot and they keep the thermostat locked, all my guests were sweating bullets. The host spilled 4 of our icees, and we never got the birthday kid’s free jump voucher from anyone. Overall terrible service, please check out other place in Reno for a better experience. I will continue to post and dispute the charge as it’s the right thing to do.

-- UPDATE 02/13/15 Shortly after posting my review, the owner contacted me and apologized for the time it's taken to resolve the refund. She had relied on one of her staff members to take care of it, and they failed her. She sent me proof of the reimbursement and apologized for my experience. I am changing my review from 1 star to 3, as I think that is fair. The right thing was done in the end, after waiting, but it was done. i understand not all staff members can perform at the best level, and i am content with the owner reaching out...
