The customer service at this store is the worst I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. I ordered a couch on 11/9 and still haven’t received it here come February. I reached out just to cancel the order and never was responded to. Reached out the next day attempting to cancel the order was never responded to. Sent an email the following day along with a few more text messages and was never responded to. My husband text from four different numbers at his job and they immediately responded to all of them. I then went to their Facebook messenger and attempted to reach out there in a desperate attempt it just contacting literally anyone that could help me you can obviously see when someone has read something on Facebook but they also are choosing to not respond to me. All I’ve done is sent an along the order number and requesting cancellation and they still refuse to respond to me. Thankfully whoever decided to respond to my husband knew how to do their job properly and just sent along a voided invoice. Now we’re just waiting and hoping they actually do what they say they’re going to do. But after about 25 to 30 text countless emails and even reaching out through Facebook no one has yet to respond to me or even acknowledge the fact that I’ve asked for a cancellation. Had I not had my husband blow their phones up on four different phone numbers I would still just be sitting here in the dark. This is the most absurd ridiculous interaction I’ve had especially with a store at the size. Then they finally respond to a negative review asking what they can fix! YOUR CUSTOMER...

I love my new couch, I fit on it and it’s way comfortable. **UPDATE I dropped to 1 star because, while the people in the store are nice and initial purchase and delivery was great, we received the wrong pillows we ordered and I have gotten no clear answers from their customer service people. The warehouse does not communicate with their own staff. Even before the pandemic I was waiting for some sort of answer from the beginning of January and now things are opened up and still no answers. Just short text replies with empty promises. If you buy from them, make sure everything is 100% the way you want it when they deliver it otherwise you could be waiting. I’m hoping they’ll make it right. The warranty we bought came in handy last year for our couch but, see above for frustrations. Read moreMy husband and I went to the grand opening of the new Mor Furniture store in Sparks, NV and we are highly disappointed. I wish we could give 0 stars on this review. 3 associates walked right by us, 1 making eye contact with me and not 1 greeted us or asked if we needed help or what we were looking for. But they did greet and attend to another couple that came in after us who were older and well dressed. Apparently we did not look like Mor Furniture customers/our money wasn't good enough to spend there. We feel discriminated against and that really sucks because we found a full bedroom and living room set we wanted to purchase but now we will be taking our business elsewhere, where it will be appreciated.
