Absolutely horrible experience. Purchased on a Sunday, said they could deliver Tuesday. We rescheduled and they were supposed to deliver between 9:45 and 11:45am on Thursday. The warehouse called on Wednesday night and confirmed our appointment for Thursday. I took a half day off of work expecting the bed to be delivered as scheduled. I had my wife help me break down our sleep number and we sold it to someone that day. I waited until 12:15pm before calling the local store. The sales guy actually told us not to worry that they must just be running late. Waited until 1:30pm and still no call and no show. Called again and sales guy acted surprised and said he would call me back. Waited until 2:15pm and called the store again. Sales guy then informed us that the bed was never on the truck that morning and they were actually completely out of stock with this bed and they were waiting for shipment. Are you kidding me! Out of stock but you twice scheduled the delivery and then when the truck left the warehouse that morning and our bed was not on it not a single person called or communicated anything to me. The sales guy said that they are hoping for a shipment on Tuesday but they really do not know and can't assure me of anything. Are you kidding me! We sold our flipping bed and are now sleeping on the floor. I asked for a phone number to a regional manager and was told that no such person exist - seriously, I was not born yesterday. There is no way that they have no regional managers. I have had better experiences buying used cars than this has been. I cannot believe how poorly we have been treated. Oh yeah, I also called the corporate office and left a message on Thursday with Steve Barnes and asked for a contact for a regional manager or for someone else to call me and even at the corporate level they don't care, because he did not call me back or have anyone else call me. Unbelievable customer support when I got home and realized my bed might not arrive due to snow and I had a few extra minutes to comb thru my purchase and alter a couple things that I missed while in the store off Virginia Ave n Reno. First, I received I call from Shelby the manager within 10 minutes of my message to her. She addressed my concerns and basically found a amiable solution within minutes that made any concerns quickly dissipate. She not only provided me with very honest and carefully thought out feedback, but assured me to reach out any time if I needed to change my order before it shipped! Very helpful.
